Delizia Fast Food in Derby

Normally food from here is very nice but tonight the nann bread was burnt and there was no cheese on the chips when that’s what I ordered disappointing tonight.

Food is very good but came cold pizza was cold thats all

Don't bother ordering from Delizia if you want your order to be correct. Every single time I order, they manage to mess it up! Even after calling immediately upon placing an order, they still manage to miss something and refuse to refund the cost of the additional item. Good pizza, very poor customer service. Avoid!

This is the best pizza I have had in the UK and I've had quite a few. By best I mean the meatiest and cheeseiest, ever. The crust was also perfect such that no crusty edges were left. Perfection on every single bite at a decent price too.Sorry, no pictures. We finished it before we realised it deserved a good review.

We have been eating from delizia for few years and always loved it .. but for reasons todays pizza was Really Really bad.. No taste.. not just me even kids didn’t like it .. Hope they get this sorted

ordered earlier in week , with & giving specific instructions,,, for veg to be added to the pizza, instead of few chilly jalapenos they added plenty, plus it was way too spicy & other things sauces weren't added, instead of apologies i was met with argumentative worker pretending to be manager who just doesn't let you talk, like a radio or a parrot, then called promised a replacement from someone known as Fez, promised callback from family member, total lies. Don't trust quality of food or attitude of their staff is appauling, never bother with this place, everyone complains about itAnd agin ordered in petson with specific instruction chic tikla with veg green peppers & chilli peppers instead had a plain tastless pizza with tikla instead, when complained the you guy who took order started disputing it in a rude way, put me on hold then believe or not deliberately put phone down, rang again bo one picks it up, doung ,taste & attitude of staff is disproportionate, try elsewhere, DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT SL

Great food, great customer service

Come all the way from Sheffeild to try out delizia fast food very famous in derby, I’ve heard a lot about this place.The misses and the kids loved the food everything about it the food the cold drinks everything was on point, the pizzas were amazing the kebabs were amazing too unreal food.I would be coming back to this place 100% would like to thank all the staff members at that delizia.

I visited this establishment on the 02/07/2020 late evening when it was quite quiet to buy some food, firstly it took 10 minutes of me standing for someone to take my order. Then once placed my order it took 35/40 minutes to prepare a pizza and a burger meal which was cold. Pizza was brought to the front due to being ready before burger then moved to the back as it was getting colder... customers came and left before me and it did not appear busy as one staff member was standing by the phones doing absolutely nothing. When asking him about my order he didn't have clue even tho he took it. Great way to treat regular customersRude customer service from certain staff and shocking food qualityAVOID

If you want a greasy kebab this is the place for you. The pizzas are great too. Best to avoid delivery, they take an age, but if you collect your food and get it freshly made, it's a brilliant dirty calorific treat!
