Frankie & Benny's Pride Park in Derby

We hadn’t booked a table but decided to call in at Frankie and Benny’s and see if they could fit us in. We walked in and there were plenty of tables free so we took that as a good sign that they could fit us in. Unfortunately after standing at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes and numerous members of staff walking straight past us, they then decided to tell my Husband, Myself and our 3 year old that they were too busy and to try a pub 5 minutes away. We weren’t annoyed by the fact that they couldn’t fit us in, we were annoyed by the fact that staff walked directly next to us yet nobody spoke to us or bothered to tell us that they weren’t going to be able to give us a table to save us standing there for 10 minutes, only to be turned away. I can see this restaurant closing down soon like a lot of the others if they are turning customers away despite having lots of tables free and treating them with such disregard and disrespect.

Popped in for a Sunday lunch with my family. Lovely new interior and very clean. Seated promptly and politely by the waitress. A good choice of food and drink on the menu. I'd reccomend the BBQ Chicken wings and Full rack of ribs with plenty of meat on them. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. Excellent food, Brilliant staff and pleasant surroundings. Would reccomend and visit again.

Food was awful and most of it we left on the plates. Ordered bbq chicken with chips and lasagna. Never ever we will return there back. Really disappointed. When we were there first time everything was tasty but not this time. And paid in full for nothing.

Nice place to have a great lunch. Kid friendly and the staff is very professional and helpful!

We visited today with our kids, the service was exceptional! The food was amazing, perfectly cooked but more importantly are waiter was amazing, having 2 young autistic boys with us he was brilliant with them (I'm so sorry we didn't catch your name) we will definitely be visiting again

Absolutely amazing food. The chicken and prawn Alfredo is my favourite. Great service and really friendly staff.

Would give no stars if I could, food was awful which I could get over if the customer service wasn't so bad. Manager is one of the worst people I have come in contact with took food out of the bin and brought it to our table to show us it was ' fine '. Wasn't expecting anything great but she really lowered the bar, have made an official complaint.

For the price the food was good in the whole. The pizza was excellent (I would recommend) the burger was average with the patties a bit too dense. I would go again, but I'd probably skip the burger.
