Phoned after an hour late to be told they cannot guarantee delivery on time even though there is a delivery charge?Phone was abruptly put down with no further notice of time of delivery. Not the first rime and won't order again from here. Will call them back in 10 mins if order not delivered but they do not seem to be bothered. Very poor.

Don't take card cash only what the point so missed out on £30.00 today and will miss out on £100 we were going to spend on new year eve will find a better takaway.

Would give 0 stars if I could, waited nearly 3 hours for delivery that didn't turn up went to collect myself told me 10 minuets waited another 40 minuets nothing only to then be told it has been delivered to my house!!! absolute joke, requested my money back was told to do it through just eat but because they had marked my order delivered 1 and a half hours after delivery they refused £30.00 wasted and it was christmas eve I wasn't the only one in the shop complaining 2 others had the same issue as me. What a joke STOP TAKING ORDERS IF YOU CANT DELIVER IT FOR OVER 3 HOURS OR GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CHOICE TO NOT PLACE THE ORDER.... don't take peoples money expect them to wait over 3 hours for an order!

I ordered my food at 18.45. Its now 20.25 and the food is delayed yet again. I am a key worker and have to be up early in the morning and I have now not eaten and am £28 lighter. Its a scam!

Food was delivered well withing delivery estimate, delivery driver very friendly. Chow mein was unfortunately so salty neither of us could finish. Salt and chili tofu was very greasy and tasted like it had been reheated. Chicken satay squewers were nice but not nice enough to make up for the rest of the order.

I've never had bad food here, unlike another local Chinese takeaway. Food is always piping hot. The chow mein is great and full of flavour. Vegetarian dishes here are excellent - recommend the salt and pepper tofu! Everything is obviously made with fresh ingredients and fresh spring onions etc as garnish. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, and staff are always efficient and friendly.

Brilliant as always very friendly staff fast delivery service. amazing mouthwatering food wow. taste of China really authentic and food always 10/10. thanks guys u have beey kitchen 3x a week without fail. wish I could afford your chef. I'd have him my cook for life
