Always go through the drive through. Staff are always friendly. Chicken is always piping hot.

Fast service, hot food. The drive thru can get quite busy but, the staff try hard to keep up with demand.Quite a few of the staff appear to be school leavers, it's nice to see a good work ethic among them.Pleasant experience, will visit again.Far too expensive for what it is.

They should be lucky that they are getting the one star, which would be towards the guy who served us. The dining in area was absolutely filthy evey table has food on it and there were even trays of food that hadn't been moved even when we were still there. I cleaned my own table, with the alcohol wipes! Along with food all over the floor.The food was at an awful standard the chicken was chewy and clearly had been sat for too long, the chips were barely warm and I had to ask for a receipt as did not even get one.I would definatly not be returning after this experience!

Nice to have a KFC meal,.not had one for ages, and the watermelon and lime drink was great

Went to the drive through. Long wait.asked for handwipes asked what i ment was given paper tissues.finally got food chips were luke warm and not many of them

Awful service , orders often wrong and drive through times can be crazy ! Waited 40 mins in their drive through recently, I could have caught and cooked a chicken myself in that time !

It was okay. Nothing to exciting to shout about. The food was good and quite tasty, but the service was a little bit slow. I would definitely go there again, but maybe not if I am in a hurry to get somewhere.

Brilliant service. I called ahead to see if they had a Vegan burger as the Meteor was sold out. They put one in the oven for me. I waited about 10 minutes, which I didn't mind at all. Despite being 21.45 they welcomed me. Gave me extra fries. The burger was hot and tasty. They forgot to add lettuce, so took it back and added it. I prefer supercharger mayo and cheese added to my burger. No problem. The service was so good that I think I would drive the extra distance to get my burger.

One star seems generous at the moment, in the last few months the foods gone so far down hill, orders are always wrong. The foods always cold burnt and well out of serving time. I worked at KFC for a long enough time to know what standards it needs to meet and it's become beyond a joke.I'm tired of waiting for 20 minutes for food where there's only a handfull of customers and more then enough staff stood around like they walked in by accident and are waiting to be told where to sit down or leave. I buy generously every time I go spending around £20-£30 for me and the family maybe once a week and regularly for my self during work hours £10? Ish and I'm done wasting my money.I was told today that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken on the bone because someone had ordered a 14 peace. It doesn't take 25 minutes to cook one head of chicken unless nothings prepped? And it's 4.15 maybe when I ordered so there starting to come towards a busier tea time service so this shouldn't happen regardless.I called my partner changed her order and then after waiting another 12-15 minutes got served drinks half empty one with ice one without, some tatty looking blue roll that's in the photos. Burnt chicken that's not only burnt but cold and unfortunately I couldn't bite my tongue this time round.Even while waiting quite clearly at the drive through window looking in holding the drinks the staff...looked...and continued to ignore me until I beeped my horn to have the drinks topped up.The only members of staff that were of use were a blonde tall lady that's very precise with taking the orders it just seems no one else can read them and there was a dark haired slightly older woman in her 30s who I've not seen on the drive through for a while.Stay away.

Fantastic service, staff were patient as we struggled to decide what to order, they were very attentive to changes we made to the order. Food was done very quickly, was hot and tasted fantastic. Restaurant was very clean and social distancing adhered to; Love the dividers in the seating area!
