KFC in Derby

Customers, stay away.Something needs to change, a intervention is required, or better yet, a complete shut down.Missing items on the regular, bad customer service and absolutely ridiculous portion sizes. Ordered a large meal and expected, as it stated, large fries and a large drink. There was nothing large about those fries let me tell you, and if you emptied all the ice in the drink you'd be left with three, yes, three... 3!!!... sips of Pepsi. Atrocious.

Oh dear…it’s always been hit and miss with this place but today’s visit marks the last here. I ordered my standard Fillet Ricebox, which was basically leaves. There was barely any rice, no salad dressing, no side of BBQ beans…it was honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The store didn’t have mash either, and some of the staff had a very sour attitude. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I was surprised at how this place has changed, the majority of the service was excellent apart from a young black female rolling her eyes at me because we were eating in and she'd bagged all of our food to go and I questioned it? Rather rude, rolling your eyes at customers! However this lovely lady offered a bag for us to take our left overs home with. Food just keeps getting better.

Ordered off Deliveroo. Burger was fine. But had around 6 fries and 3 of them greeen and raw.Come on Is it really that hard to provide fresh quality food?

Lovely lunch.VERY HELPFUL young man cleaning and serving tables.Pleasant and polite. Not too full.Parking aplenty.Music little loud really.

Very unpleasant staff, this wasnt just on one occasion either. They have a rather ridiculously large curb around the drive thru, so if you change your mind or they are out of stock on something, you have to wait and then drive round the entire building. Carpark is always littered and has a poor layout. Inside tables always seem greasy due to lack of properly cleaning the table tops. Much prefer the KFC restaurant near pride park or the one near the meteor centre.

Had a 2 piece meal from here last night. The chicken & krushem was nice. I was very disappointed with amount of chips i got for £8.16 though. The chips i did get were rubbish.

Last time I went was over 11 months ago and have it 2 stars. Wow it's changed. Great service and great food. Had a zinger meal and swapped the fries for beans as don't like KFC fries. It was hot and filling. Great air con and nice to hear the staff laughing and enjoying work?

It had been a while since we visited as the last few times the mewt was just way to fatty and the gravy was to watery. However this time have to say it was really nice. Would come again for sure.

Restaurant was not very busy when I took the kids. Interior was clean and tidy. Staff member on till was approachable and friendly. My order was prepared quickly and tasted great. Kids were happy with their meals and that says a lot because they won't eat anything that doesn't look or taste as it should. Very pleased overall hence the 5 stars.
