Slow service, dirty store, burger came with a piece of meat in it, without any salad, mayo etc. When I asked what happened to this burger, he said I didn't ask for anything in the burger. (I never had to do that)

Ok, so this dump is literally that. Anyone who orders from here and never been in should do so, they would not order again.I went in for a simple chicken wrap meal and cheese burger meal, both large, however the wrap didn't have freshly cooked chicken, instead it was from the glass thing that they use to keep things hot, they placed the chicken in the wrap along with salad and put in pizza oven to... well I don't know why, the chips which was actually fresh tasted if disgusting old oil, and there wasn't many, I don't mean like they wasn't very generous, I mean there was virtually none, my spouse tedious counted all 16 of them, then there's my burger, cooked in the deep fryer (explains the chips taste somewhat I suppose), it was hard, the burgers had horrible hard bits in them, like grisly bits, the buns were a special charcoal black colour for additional taste I reckon, and the large burger meal also contained a large portion of chips, 18 I think, rip off, shouldn't even be in business. Was just over a tenner which is about par from other places I visit, they even had the cheek to ask me to hand out menus at my work place saying I get a discount if people order. I would have to look for another job if my colleagues ordered from this dump because of me recommending them. Honestly guys, I'll stick with Letz eat, it is an extra quid or so but the difference in quality and hygiene is much better.

Just had a chicken wrap meal and the only thing that was even edable was the can of pop that come with the meal. Chicken wasn't even right color and was absolutely disgusting. When I tried to eat the wrap my body was trying to refuse it by way of regurgitation, there was a small hand full of chips, was not even any good either, put simple zero star take away. It was bad, avoid at all cost, you will regret it, don't believe me, try for yourself. I want a refund

Absolutely disgusting I ordered food at 9pm rang the store 5 times 2 hours later they’re still telling me it’s 5 minutes away! I’ve paid and I didn’t get no takeaway. The person on the other phone couldn’t understand what I was saying no refund nothing!

Went in after a night out, ordered CHICKEN FEAST x 2, we ate the first as we were having a good chat, on the second one we noticed there wasn't much chicken, we weren't going say anthing but of course we had too.The response we got its the vegetables that make up the feast, I'm sorry the name says different CHICKEN FEAST, there was another customer who intervened but we stopped him in his tracks and told him we didn't want our money back, as we just wanted to point out there was hardly any chicken, oh of course keep out of our complaint.Just wanted to highlight the food given should match the name.Wont be in a mad rush to return.

The food tastes okay. The place is relatively cheaper compared to similar shops in area but one of the main disadvantage is that the place doesn't accept card payments even in 2022.

Burgers are lovely and proper chicken not just a frozen burger just beautiful 😍 and chicken wings were amazing, lovely over the phone

Placed an order at 18.30 said delivery would be by 19.30..19.50 no food phoned they said it's on it's way.Garlic bread pizza cold asked for chocolate fudge cake got cheese cake ( allergic to cheese)The last time I ordered from here I got cheesy garlic bread (allergic to cheese).Thought I would give them another go.Will not order from them again...

Disgusting! Food is freezing, full of greece, paid 1.90 for a mixed salad to get a single slice of cucumber... waited an hour after the order time. Do not recommend and don't be fooled with the fake reviews! They're fake 5 stars!

Pizza was good And hot and arrived Promptly :) The meat one is especially good, add pineapple 🍍 yes I'm that guy lol and last weeks one's at bottom
