McDonald's The Meteor Centre in Derby

Service was great, the chicken legend cool mayo was very disappointing. The lettuce was slimy and wilted beyond being edible (see photo), and the cool mayo was barely there

I've ordered at the Mc Drive and I had to wait for my food and when it was delivered, it was cold!!! In the end the Manager sort the things out and gaved us free drinks, after she heard about the situation ...

Very slow at the drive threw. took order quickly but to get the order they should have used the parking spaces for the orders that weren't ready before us

Ordered food for delivery.1. Large milkshake given banana but ordered vanilla2. Ordered only cheese only sauce big tasty - sticker correct but no sauce3. Ordere 20 chicken nuggets and received no sauces (this happens every time!!!!)It’s fats food but it’s not cheap… and to get something wrong with nearly every item is extremely upsetting.

Not much you can say but often the food is wrong and also cold. When they get it right its good, I just wish this was .ore often.

shocking service, 7 Cars got served in the other lane before us, because they were apparently changing a headset battery..we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and was asked to park up and wait .. in a car park with no spaces.. 15 minutes later they arrived and were just about warm.in that time we saw staff not knowing which car to go to and getting orders sent back..

Placed order for 3 meals at drive through. Arrived home to find no fries in the bag. Know I should have checked before leaving. Immediately emailed branch with details. 4 days later, still no response. Expected a response and apology. Perhaps expecting too much!

One of the best mcdonalds in the Derby area, if not the best! Customer service staff are top notch, I fully recommend this restaurant, but it does have to be said, when a mistake is made, its a right royal mistake! But it is rectified without issue, and quickly.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to where the staff are concerned, I'm not saying all of them but how hard is it to put a burger together??? I know I actually worked at this exact one 25 years ago (1 1/2 months only) last few times I've been the order has been wrong! And I don't know what the current health and safety rules are but if you look in the kitchen not one person was wearing gloves handling the food. I know it's not going to break McDonald's but last night was definitely the final visit to this branch. 0 stars.

MISSING ITEMS when ordered via UberEats, even though bag was sealed and items were listed on the receipt. No Hot Chocolate was delivered and one of the crispy chicken wraps had none of the salad or sauces ordered (see photo) - very disappointed!
