McDonald's in Derby

Don’t order from here, I placed an order and when it arrived my burger was charcoal black, my fries were soggy and greasy, they sent wrong drink and when I called up all I got was terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from here again. Unfortunately you have to put a star rating to post but I wouldn’t even give it 1 star more like -10 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolute joke. Thought we'd try it with the new refurb. Uber eats and drive through are a priority. We ordered food at 18.20... we were still stood there waiting inside at 18.50... after seeing our food sat on the side getting cold. The employee saw me watch her touch the food and then she decided to redo the order... if I hadn't of seen her touch the cold fries would she have served me that 🤔?? Finally sat down to eat at 7pm and I was angry buy this point. I then witnessed another employee "cleaning".. she used the sweeping brush on the floor and then used the same brush to wipe down the tables outside... oh yeah - also think about touching the trays, she put her hand in the bin to push the rubbish down and then picked up the trays, no sanitiser used.

Only went to save time as had to get my kids to a class . I order 2 happy meals in the Drive-through . I was told at the window to wait in the carpark . 20 minutes later I went in after seeing at least 5 mcdeliver big bags come out . They had not even started my order.I won't be back .

Constantly having to wait over 15-20 minutes for food & then the order is usually wrong once you receive it. Stopped going here now for breakfast on my way to work as always almost makes me late, even though I have 30 mins spare! Plenty of other food McDonald’s in the area, avoid this one.

Drive though order point has no menu on display- unhelpful. Order speaker had so much acoustic feedback and background noise that it was difficult to place order. I gave up after 2 items. And didn't bother with the main order. Went to kfc instead at wyvern.. For the 2 items ordered the service was v slow 15 mins to clear 2 cars in front of me. Also. On a bank hol weekend no milkshakes by sat afternoon is poor.Overall poor experience .

Place order online click and collect, arrived and parked in a bay informed the app I was here my order was processed quickly and brought out me within minutes, food hot and freshly cooked and the employee that brought out my meal was very pleasant courteous. Great service.they just need to stop the uber drivers parking up in the click and collect bays as customers that arrived after me was driving around the car park trying to get on this needs to be addressed.

Drive through ridiculous 30 mins so far to get an ice cream would reverse out but queue behind is as big as queue in front. Its supposed to be FAST food seriously misleading. When u finally do get it, its wrong. Tried ringing to offer a hand didn't even answer the phone

Worst McDonald's to ever visit. Waited 25 minutes to get our order for it to be stale and cold. This was with the drive through pretty much Empty and only 3 other customers inside. Wouldn't normally check reviews of a McDonald's but wish we had before going to this one. Also wasn't from a lack of staff either!

Should have gone through the drive through and waited 20 minutes for food with the 30 cars that was queued up. Clearly only cars about takeaways like just eat and user eats not your actual customers who come in store 🙄 orders food at 17.44, for served at 18.06 also ordered a large tea and got half a cup full.... waste of time and money

This is the third time I came here to grab mc flurry ice cream. It is the same every time, you queue in the drive through for 25 min just to be let know that they don't do it. What I would suggest is rather than displaying seasonal ice cream on your screens and making people queue for it, just let them know what isn't available. It'll save someone frustration and waste all that time. Poor management.
