Good food getting a little pricey and could do with the tables being cleaned better but overall still good

Well this is extra untidy. Especially in times when extra hygiene measures have been implemented.These tables were left in this state from 12.15 - 12.45 (upon our leaving time) And even then not one staff seen to get them cleared.Self service to get utensils was gross. Also in photo. No little spoons eather, sugar spilled everywhere....There should always be staff, or someone who can at least tidy up and not leave in this state.

it's cheap and edible.And it's kept quite tidy and clean.Called today 13.25pm 13/10/21 with my wife, very disappointed.All the vacant tables needed clearing. (see photo's) Had to clear ours myself. No staff about to report this.When our breakfast meals arrived they were not hot, only warm. The waiterest did apologise for the wait and said they was a storage of staff.This was apparent as people were having to wait at the till to get served or ask for help.If this kind of service is to continue there will be no need for this cafe as know one will be going in.

We ordered using the self service machine which we thought was great. I tried to get a hot chocolate but both machines were just giving me frothy milk as they hadn't been connected properly! We got our food pretty quickly however it was only luke warm. Also, we had ordered extra toast which didn't arrive so we had to remind them about this! Overall not a great breakfast at all!!!

Breakfast, brunch, light meals, sandwiches, large meals, children's meals, tea, coffee, soft drinks and cakes.Generally pretty good quality, decent value for money and acceptably clean; however, sometimes it's not, in fact it can be quite scruffy looking with unclean tables and a slightly greasy spoon feeling (in a bad way).Food is never super hot but it's generally hot enough, although on occasion the beans and chips are barely warm and the fried eggs are a little on the under done side.Staff are ok, but can seem disinterested (I worked there for a few years so understand completely).Seems to be stuck in a slight time warp, could be really good but needs work.

Food has previously been okay, but has been horrible the last few times we have come here. They offer good vegan options on the menu but often unavailable when you order. One lady who brought the food over was visibly unclean, and rudely snapped that we needed to hand our table number placard over to her, before we even had our plates. Won't be returning.

5 of us met up for breakfast. The cafe is clean and tidy. The food was awful and more or less cold. The latte I ordered was luke warm. 2 of our orders were completely wrong. Oh and the cashier was abrupt and unhelpful. What can I say? I will be putting in a compaint

On arrival it wasn't busy so we were served right away. We were told what we wanted didn't qualify the kids to eat free. We wanted chips sausage egg and beans. Instead I asked for a burger but they had ran out. After looking through the menu she decided to inform me they had chicken burgers still. My partner got the lasagne. We spent 22 pound on food we didn't actually want. No fruitshoots or anything nice to drink for tge kids. It was water or milkshake. When food arrived it was luke warm, dry, and bland. No adjustments made for their missing menu items. Plenty of space in the cafe but overpriced for their content.

Great cafe really good value

Got a Voucher for free Big Breakfast with my More Card.. 10/10 it was served really quickly and was delicious.
