Nando's in Derby

1st ever Nandos. Really enjoyed it. Staff really friendly.

Service good, staff friendly. Food temperature not very good. Overall it’s ok

We recently visited this Nandos and ran into a problem during the order process. David was quickly able to assist us and the rest of the team were amazing and friendly. Great food as always from Nandos

Had to wait 10 minutes for a free table as did not book, but it's worth the wait. The food is spot on as always. I ordered using the app which is very easy. The staff were very friendly and asked me if everything was ok.

Situated upstairs in the main centre. It wasnt very busy when we went but it was also on a week day. The staff were polite and helpful. The meat and side dishes were really hot but the vegetarian option was luke warm which kinda spoilt the experience hence why 3 stars

Went out for usual dinner with my partner and oh my. Food was good as usual but the service is what really amazed me. BEN young lad who served us was amazing! Very friendly very professional and nothing that we asked for seemed to be a problem for him! Absolutely an amazing member of staff!

It was our anniversary and we just played bowling and knew there was a wait for sitting. In the end we waited 34 minutes to be seated and got in. We tried to order through the app and noticed there was no peri peri salted chips. We were going to leave, however,we wanted to ask first why this was.So the floor manager said they had ran out of the peri peri salt so we asked do they not have any in a shaker they could use and she said if we order at the till we could get some. So this is what we did. Then the cashier told us there was no peri peri salt so we explained we were told we could get some if we ordered this way, so the young lady continued the order.Once our food came out, there was no peri peri salt, so we asked the waiter what happened. He said there's no peri peri salt. I said we were told by a floor manager that if we ordered at the till we could get some for our food. He askd me to describe who I spoke to and confirmed it was a floor manager. I believe the store manager overheard this conversation and shouted across the restaurant; we haven't got any peri peri salt in the building, sorry! I explained we were told we could get a shaker. Both gentleman walked away.We continued to eat out meals, embarrassed and lied to. The garlic bread was like a crisp. Noone checked on our food. It was just embarrassing.The two ladies next to us overheard the conversation and asked...there's no peri peri salt? Where are we even here then?They managed to get a few more dips and things for their meal whilst we had a dish of humiliation with ours. We were lied to and we didn't enjoy our meals.I shall not be returning to the Derbion branch any time soon.

Not been for a few years, and wow I didn't realise how much I'd missed it. The food was top notch. The negatives were the windows around the signs were dirty and some of the staff looked uninterested

nice place , staff r helpful , sometimes the food is cold but it’s rlly tasty !!

The wait for a table was longer than we expected (30 mins) due to staff shortages. The staff were friendly and nice especially David who was a great host. The full chicken was smaller than I have been accustomed to. The new gravy is ok but not value for money based on the portion served. However the chicken was amazing and the staff were great.
