Pasta 4 u in Derby

I ordered a jacket potato with what was supposed to be chicken mushroom and peppers. The week before I ordered the same and i was so disgusted with the sauce that I took a photo, there wasn't one piece of chicken mushroom or peppers. I was in a hurry so let it go this time. I thought I would give them a second chance today and ordered the same. They put a heavy potato onto a small flimsy paper plate and wondered why the sauce just poured over the side of the plate. The owner didn't seem to think this was a problem and was prepared to present it like that. When I looked at the sauce there was a finger nail piece of chicken, 2 halves of a mushroom and two small slivers of green pepper. When i questioned the lack of chicken the sarcastic male owner said it was in the sauce?? no idea what that means. When I went back to complain he sneeringly said 'would you like some more chicken madam', implying I'd actually had some in the first place. The potato wasn't fully cooked, hard in middle. Couldn't care less attitude from him. Doesn't deserve the custom. I paid over £5 for this terrible service. No chicken mushroom or peppers in the sauce, as shown in my photo.

Food was ok- despite the temperature being cold! The staff are rude and obnoxious! They lack professionalism and class and were rude when we questioned the size of the drink that come with the meal deal (almost a mouthful if your lucky) I would avoid a return purely based on the staff and their rudeness.

Shouldnt even be 1star! Absolutely appauling. Had pasta carbonara curly fries and pepsi. Where do i start. The pasta was soggy and slimy in a smelt gone off carbonara sauce with black chicken and ham. The curly fries i thought there was black pepper on but no it was burnt bits. After 2 hours of eating it i have been throwing up and having to run to the loo. Careful people dont go here!

Disgusting Jacket potatoes must have been on display for hours, baked beans cold , cheese not grated properly lumps in. Poor service waited ages staff standing around talking. Waste of money wont go again, wouldnt recommend. 😥

Absolutely disgusting, poor customer service, stone cold macaroni cheese, I'm eight months pregnant and he tried to blame the state of the food on my pregnancy.....as if that was the reason their food wasn't cooked to an adequate temperatureClaimed he would get me a fresh portion....threw the original in the microwave, I told him not to botherSave your money and go somewhere else

Absolutely rubbish! Spicy chicken Jacket potato with 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Staff didnt really care about it, in fact laughed about it!!! Over priced and rubbish

Please don’t order from here. I’m not a fussy eater but the jacket potato With tuna tasted old. Overpriced. The staff look bored. Never looks busy surprised it’s still open..

No Pasta 4 U, more like. 2 hours before closing and they just had some manky looking pizza to offer. I think it was a blessing in disguise, looking at the terrible reviews.

Never felt so disappointed that I need to leave a review - came for lunch before work and they only had one pasta shape, really dry and flavourless garlic bread and watery sauce. Woman was rude to both me and her fellow colleague. Not only that, just pasta with a piece of garlic bread came to £8.00!!!

Disgusting! Overpriced! Inedible!From the 'can't be bothered' attitude of the staff to the congealing food in the hot hold, i wouldn't suggest it.I only ordered a jacket potato with cheese, i spent the first 5 minutes trying to find a soft enough part to cut into it. Clearly been microwaved the day before and then re-nuked to heat it up.Shambles, don't bother.Partner had an overpriced, half soggy pizza. Never again!!
