Pizza Express in Derby

Fantastic staff, even better service! Very helpful and friendly when I brought my autistic child in, they catered to his every need and kept him entertained making the whole experience easy and fun! Thank you all! X

Visited a couple of weeks ago, with 5 children and hubby, they couldn't have catered for our large family any better! We had 2 pizzas from the main menu with substituted vegan cheese for allergies and 4 kids meals, and they were superb! Their customer service was top notch, they were all amazing with the kids and made the experience easy and stress free.

Very quick and efficient service. Staff were excellent and attentive. Was surprisingly quiet on a Friday evening but meant service was extremely fast. Quality as good as you would expect from a pizza express. Didn’t book and was given a table straight away.

Visited here on Friday 18th March for lunch with my mum and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was fabulous and fabulous value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Had a great time last Saturday! The food was amazing, and service was wonderful. My waiter definitely deserves a pay raise(the ginger boy). He made my experience for sure. 😂

Had an amazing meal here yesterday for my birthday with the family. Nothing was too much trouble, accommodated any requirements. I even got a brownie with a candle in! We all said how nice the food was, short wait and piping hot. Was a lovely atmosphere and Millie our server was a delight. Thanks so much for a fab birthday meal!

Went to Pizza Express at Derby Intu yesterday for my adult daughters birthday. The balloons we left with the manager were on our table for when we arrived, there were quite a few of us including young children but the waitress couldn’t have done any more for us. From start to finish (ending with a lit candle in a chocolate brownie 😂) was a totally enjoyable experience. The food as ever was fabulous, we are never disappointed 😁

Arrived at about 20:45, and waited at the door as signposted - waited for about five-ten minutes despite there being an abundance of staff who all clearly saw us waiting and serving customers nearby and another Deliveroo driver also at the door.After the five-ten minutes, a member of staff approaches us and says "Really sorry but we stopped serving five minutes ago" - is it unreasonable to suggest that the staff had waited until they had stopped serving and then tell us it was closed? Was it so hard to tell us that within two minutes if arrival when you have about ten floorstaff milling about? Poor and inattentive service and a complete waste of time.Wouldn't ever visit again 😂

I came to pizza express with my partner on Tuesday and I can't say anything other than it was amazing! The service I recieved was outstanding after definitely feeling weird being out for the first time after 2 bereavements in the space of 6 weeks. If it wasn't for waiting for my car to be serviced I wouldn't have visited the restaurant but I'm very glad I did. It was nice to do something normal and have the best food and service. Will be visiting again.
