Pound Bakery in Derby

Staff are extremely rude and arrogant.There’s two staff members who each time I’ve been served by are very rude, and speak to you like your dirt. Won’t be going here again wouldn’t recommend.They have no customer communication skills. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

I go there a lot, but notice the prices keep going up

A woman that works at the till was rude to me and my mother this morning. She also gave us cold and burnt pastry’s along with that. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible customer service and unwelcoming. We will not be returning.

Really rude staff their attitude towards clients is just disgusting. It's not even that they are not welcoming but they speak to you in Really rude manner. No thank you no hello. Bought from them panini for £2 it literally drop from the bag on the bottom. They just commented "oh I hate those bags" gave me cheese on toast instead for £1 and not retu money. I work close so I am often there as Really often I can see how awful they treat customers

Went in the shop with my 12 year old who rode his scooter in the shop it was completely empty she asked him not to ride it which he stepped straight i asked him apologies which he did then she kept on saying well its for outside not inside she was so rude I said well he apologies to you so can we just leave it she said ko k won't leave it you have no sense I left my shopping and walked out she was very rude and aggressive never ho there again.

I think thats so so rude especially when the kid apologised the bakery is good value for money how every that ladies customer skills need a good check go on a training course love

The shop was very quiet when i went in, its supposed to sell pies pastrys cakes and sandwiches but the shelfs were very empty with not much if anything to choose from, but it was almost the end of trade so i assume thats whys. What i will say tho the pastries that we brought were still piping hot, prices are average so great if you want a quick snack

Need to do more veggie or vegan options. But their veggie sausage rolls are really good when available and super value at 2 for a pound.

Stuff your face with quality savory food, hugely convenient for any time of the day. Food is health plenty of vitamins from sausage rolls. Best
