Great food but customer service isnt that good to be honest

Sadlers fish and chips what can I say Derbys first premier halal fish and chip shop catering for the local Muslim community. Food has always been very nice, i had a shish kebab after such a long time and it was the best I have had in a very long time. I cannot fault the food or the service and the staff are a great bunch and the owner is a very nice person. I have been a customer since Saddlers opened many years ago and I will continue to support independent businesses within my community.

I didn't like their food at all and I asked the staff before ordering and asked him is the doner kebab fresh and he said yes its fresh so I bought it and sat in the car to eat it when I opened it and looks at the doner kebab it was not fresh ! So the fraudster lied to me tasted it and it was oily and rubbery and tasted rank ! The chips looks as though its been sat for hours! and tasted vile I would not recommend only if I could give it a ZERO star

As a Muslim i can't lie they food is not nice ive seen them cough over food etc don't ruin your health for this rubbish 90 percent of the reviews are fake by family or even fake accounts by them selfs don't believe them

Me and my son LOVE this place. We are met with lovely staff and the chips are the best in Derby, in our opinion! Can't complain of the prices either...

Great fish and chip shop they do great pizzas, their donner kebab is very good as is the shish. They do the best chips. Not the cheapest but it is completely worth it paying the few extra pence!
