TGI Fridays Derby in Derby

Great food, and really impressed with the attention to allergies and diet requirements.One wish is that I think the new menu is distinctly lacking the Chicken Finger BLT - a true TGIs staple!

The staff member with the pigtails (young man) didn't even say hello or welcome us like you would expect when waiting at the entrance to be seated, not sure if he realises that a hello is quite key in customer service.There were yellow meal offer leaflets on the table for an offer that expired in March 2022.

Great food and service, had a great meal out with family and friends for a friends daughters birthday today, thank you to our waitress Karine, she was fantastic

Staff excellent but food wasn't good shrimps were slightly to well done as well as burger. But the staff member who served me was excellent probably won't come back but if my workplace are recruiting waiting on staff I'd definitely be asking her if she wants a new challenge

The food was lovely and portions were quite big.

Visited for my sisters birthday 08-01-22. Food was delicious and the deserts are to die for! Our waitress was a lovely lady named Cara. She was absolutely fantastic, friendly and welcoming. She engaged with us throughout our stay, checked to make sure we was okay and refilled our drinks promptly. We even got the staff to do their legendary tgi happy birthday sing along 😂Absolute credit to the team, well done Cara and staff

I visited on 3rd January. The food was really good but the service was painfully slow. We were not offered desserts and paid our bill with a table of dirty plates in front of us after waiting for 5 minutes. Drinks were slow to arrive and the starters were not cleared until the mains were ready.Personally I wouldn't rush back. There are better dining options within spitting distance.

Service was abit slow. Food wasn't as good as it used to be. Cleanliness is a bad point as there was food still on the table. Basic cleanliness would help massively, proper table and seat cleaning, clean condiment bottles and give the menus a wipe. And could do with some repairs around in the toilets.

Fantastic welcoming staff, food was lovely. Would like to return.

The staff were following covid-secure procedures and they were very informative on how customers can keep themselves safe whilst at the restaurant. The service was very quick and staff would refill drinks (when you purchase a bottomless drink) on time and the food is prepared and presented pretty well. The restaurant spaces customers well and I would recommend this place for a good date night or a meal out with friends and family. I absolutely recommend.
