Great food and lovely staff. Would be 4 stars but the gents toilets had no soap. Told the staff, but after 30 minutes later there was still no soap in the gents. They have a sign on the wall encouraging customers to speak to staff of they don't find the loos satisfactory. Just a shame they're not equally keen to act on the information they're given.

Food was not great at dinner, triple cooked chips had never been double cooked never mind triple cooked and breakfast was not nice at all. Poor quality, eggs were cold and rubbery, must have been there for ages. Food all over the floor. Not a nice experience and definitely not worth £20! Will not be back.

The food was ok not the best pub grub but it was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was very busy with a long wait but it was a Sunday evening. The prices are the same as any other pub. I would go again

Had a breakfast /brunch here, it was great generally, although, waits for refills at the buffet, serve yourself breakfast... And the toasting machine was pretty rubbish.... Lovely staff, nice environment and atmosphere...

Really disappointed, our first visit post covid and things have definitely gone downhill. Service was slow, not rushed off their feet and slow but just didn't think to check if we'd finished as they were passing the table. Food was lukewarm, menu items missing but not informed until after starters were eaten and had to ask for the bill twice. It's such a shame because pre-covid it was a really family friendly place to eat.

Been for breakfast a couple of times recently, great staff very friendly and good with the kids. Breakfast a mix of continental and cooked - the cooked was brought to the table on a quiet Tuesday morning so lovely to have it fresh. Continental selection differed on each visit, a good selection each time. Very good value for money and good service. We will return!

Pleasant staff - 35 minute wait for food whilst quiet but not an issue. The food however was DISGUSTING. The coleslaw must of been made the day prior, the chicken was slimey and the BBQ beans were blasted, crunchy with a skin across the top. I could only eat the fries and trust me I ain't a fussy eater.

Great grilled food and lovely atmosphere for family dinners and special occasions.

Pretty standard beefeater attached to a premier Inn, expensive standard food, nothing special. The evening service staff were pretty miserable and service was super slow. The morning staff were much friendlier, welcoming and made a great start to the day. The breakfast area definitely needs a rework as with several coach loads of guests there was a hefty queue for food and the staff couldn't replace items fast enough.

We booked to stay in the Premier Inn attached to the pub. What a disappointment we arrived around 9.30ish just wanting drinks we were told we could sit at any table in the bar part without a sign there were three of us every table had a sign or had not been cleared we asked if we could sit in the restaurant we were eventually led to the deepest darkest corner. When the waitress arrived she was very friendly we ordered our drinks however as far as wanting to order another drink this proved more difficult we are supposed to stay seated and nobody came to check or upsell, after getting fed up of waiting we decided to move tables in the hope we would be seen and possibly even served again to no avail we were now sat opposite members of staff cleaning cutlery no acknowledgement from the but then again they were in deep conversation it was clearly very important. There was a waitress walking around the other side of the pub checking on the other customers side however I think there may have been more staff members than customers at this point. We we were sat with empty glasses and yet still nothing! I eventually managed to get the attention of somebody I orded another pint and a Fanta our drinks arrived a good while later the icing on the cake was that what we ordered isn't what we got we recieved a pint and a Coke, this was replaced with the correct drink however a word to the wise don't order the bottomless drink it is not worth the money it doesn't even get off the starting block!!! As we were staying in the hotel we were slightly trapped, We had to walk to the bar to get the attention of somebody to order another drink. We asked the manager why the service was so poor and was told the the waitress in this section had left and didn't hand the table over she clearly but the invisibility cloak up when she went as nobody could see us!!!!! We had prepaid for breakfast however upon a little Google search Greggs it is! Really disappointing trip customer service clearly not on top of the list here.
