Good quality chippy. Kebabs are always good. Everything tastes fresh

I always order from here and normally have no issues if I go in for the food but everytime I've ordered through Uber the staff have given me the wrong food. Can your staff read? I let it go the first few times because everyone makes mistakes but this is the 4th time now so I won't be ordering from these again! Good job you can get a full refund off uber

A fairly large well laid out and clean takeaway Fish n Chip shop in Littleover. The signage is very clear. Staff welcoming and friendly. The fish and chips were well cooked, portion size good. Presented in cardboard boxes which makes for easy eating direct or serving up. Will be back.

Oder on uber eat asked for knives and forks and glass for drinks was on work duty not happy and look what was on the bottom of my gravy paid lot for this food disappointed

Been going here for many years. The rude staff seem to have gone, and the new ones are smiley, friendly and helpful.Although the change to using New potatoes means chips don't appear as lovely, brown and crispy as we'd like, they are willing to keep them in the fryer for longer to do their best to brown them off, if you ask them too.In general, the food tastes great. : ).

Love the food from here! It's always fresh and everything we have tried from their extensive menu is delicious ! The shop is clean and modern and staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best chip shops I've been to and as it is a chain of shops it maintains its standards in all of them.!!!

Definitely my favorite of the zan fish shops in Derby. All their food come from the same supplier as the other zan fish shops but this shop seems to alway be nicer.

Overrated personally and the staff talk too long to other customers which makes the queue a lot longer.. very pale chips

Went to Heatherton chippy, our first chippy since first lockdown. Order large fish, pie, large chips and curry sauce. The fish was never a large just about small and the chips were cold, I would say leftover from lunch. After using them for years don't think I'll bother again. Very disappointed.

Where ever you travel and try their fish and chips you will always make comparisons. If they come close to Zan Fish then they are good. But still not the best. Try the cod in bread crumbs. Just great.
