Barringtons Pub and Dining in Derbyshire Dales

Fabulous! The roast beef and Yorkshire pudding I had was delicious. The yorkshire pudding was so big I think planning permission must have been needed for it 😋 They have some great beers and the staff are really friendly.

Really great service,nice food and very comfy surroundings,portions on the smaller side but I would visit again.

Went for Sunday lunch with family. We had a starter and the roast dinner. One of our group had the vegetarian option. All the food was lovely and service was good too.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the menu catered for all tastes. We had a fantastic meal, my only regret is that I couldn't fit in a desert!

Spent a great weekend there, food was amazing and bedroom very spacious and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Dropped in by chance to see if they were serving meals, had a great meal and the cask ale was very good service was great, will definitely go there again.

Just called in without a booking on Sunday, late lunch time without a booking on the if chance!Small car park, but one space left for us, was this meant to be?Dash in through the rain to the busy Oak bar area. We waited to the point of being about to leave due to nobody behind bar when we were asked if we could be helped?Yes they have a table, ready almost immediately. Taken through and sat in nice room, with drinks brought to us from the bar. Good Sunday roast menu and all options available.I had the Lamb, while my wife had the Nutroast. Both very impressed with the food and quality and service in the restaurant area at very good prices for what we received!

It seems that they had swapped the bar between two rooms with the larger room being a restaurant and the smaller room being a bar now. Nevertheless it looked great! But the drinks are pricey for the area tho suppose it's a hotel which prices probably reflects this.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Palatial room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. You've got to try thr rib-eye steak in the restaurant, cooked to perfection. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only wish they did breakfast. 5*****
