Chatsworth Estate Farm Shop Cafe in Derbyshire Dales

Lovely place near Chatsworth House. Nice little farm shop and adjoining café. Everything in the place is overpriced but it's to be expected somewhere like this.Had a sausage sandwich from the café which was delicious. Sausage rolls and deli snacks available from the shop.The location is lovely. Great to sit outside with a coffee and enjoy the scenery on a sunny summers day.

Nice enough shop and layout (been to some that are rammed). Cheese and pastry counter a little like a pub/bar, stand by it till you grab a staff member. Other than that solid selection. Would go again.

There is no question the shop is very expensive, but our experience was excellent. We had a sausage roll from the shop, and enjoyed an excellent ice cream and coffee from the hatch. Staff were very friendly and the food was very tasty.

I had a very disappointing Scone in the tea room. The menu said fruit scone but when it arrived it also contained a lot of cherries, which I do not like. On leaving I was asked whether everything was okay and when I mentioned the scone I was told it was on the menu as that. I showed the member of staff the menu, I was correct, and they simply said well you will know next time. There will not be a next time with that attitude.

For our first visit were were impressed by how good the produced looked (don't know about the taste though). The choice and range was quite impressive but out two main complaints were the high prices and a range of cakes and bread rolls that were not covered and customers walking past these possibly spreading Covid germ particles on them. We feel these should be covered over hence only 2 stars.

This is an excellent Farm Shop. Great looking produce at excellent prices for the quality. Meat and cheese counters offer an excellent variety and selection of products. Free car parking but can easily get busy. Has an excellent cafe attached to the shop using produce sold in the shop. Quick tea/coffee hatch at front of the shop.

The food here is excellent and good value for money all fresh also nice foodie gifts etc

Really well stocked farm shop, great veggie selection on the deli counter, beautiful cheeses, loads of meats and fish, loads of choice. Seasonal Christmas shop with loads of unique foody gifts. Pricey but lovely

Managed to get a table, have a sandwich and go through the shop in an hour!Initially service was slightly slow, but the food and drinks came out quickly.They were able to handle my gluten free request, the ham was yummy and the bread was even fresh!I loved the cloud shaped noise-dampeners on the ceiling.The shop had an amazing range of estate meat and local fish and chicken, as well as a Christmas shop already!!!
