Costa Coffee, Ashbourne in Derbyshire Dales

Hello, today their was a lady in your store with a service dog.I really felt for this lady as there was a terrible woman who clearly was very uneducated about what service dog does.The manager acted professional and approached the lady to resolve the matter and she was even shouting at him as she complained about the service dog.Well done to the staff for realising what a service dog is all about!So sorry to this lady with her service dog!Bless her, must have been so upsetting for her

Would like to remark on the professionalism of the staff and management after our visit today myself and my wife went into the shop with our PTSD service dog after being rudely confronted by another customer about my wife’s disability as it wasn’t visibleThe woman in question was very rude and obviously uneducatedThe staff handed the situation very well5 stars

Had a skinny latte as a takeaway, staff were really nice and checked if I had a Costa card to scan.Lots of food choices and they were well stocked.Lots of seating inside, would definitely visit again and might sit inside next time.

Kept us going throughout lockdown & beyond. Always friendly staff working hard against the backdrop of Covid-19, mask-wearing & sometimes very busy times. With Costa you know what you're getting. Might not be the cheapest, but so reliable.

Good coffee, kind albeit unnecessarily stressed service which made for a slightly less relaxing trip.

I went to Costa coffee ☕ House 🏡 and I was disappointed with the service, unfriendly, pushed far to rapidly along, totally unprofessional and no effort made in the preparation of the coffee the staff were so so🤔, I have been to many Costa house's and I love their coffee ☕ but the place looked dull no nice atmosphere to match the coffee ☕ and food 🍰🍪and the outside of house 🏡 was very sloppy with serviettes, cigarette buts and waste food on the ground, there was enough staff on duty so there was no need to have the place so unkempt, pitty,

Had a free cake for my birthday but there was no carrot cake, not a happy bunny, I love carrot cake. Coffee was as good as ever.

Branch of Costa Coffee in Ashbourne. Usual Costa fare and décor. Tea, sandwich and a shortbread. All pretty good but standard. Branch fairly clean and tidy. Toilet available but, irritatingly, the hand dryer wasn't working. Tables being cleared well and wiped down. Bit of a queue for service or for drinks but nothing unusual. All in all, good!

So pleased we popped in for a drink. The staff was so kind and chatty, the shop was so clean and tidy. Tables were spotless. Drinks were fantastic as usual and even gave me a little extra milk for my son. Price is usual costa price, but I think worth it. Will definitely be back soon . Thanks Steve Katie and Harry
