Lovely scones and presentation. The staff obviously care about the quality of service. The coffee was fine too. I'd consider it slightly over priced for what you get.

Lovely staff, great range of cakes and drinks, just what we needed during an epic cycle ride around the peaks.

Lovely place. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast as it didn't look like much, but the quality was really excellent once I tucked in, The Oatcake in particular was very good. Would recommend!

The best breakfast in Bakewell, friendly staff.

Can't recommend this lovely cafe highly enough! The food was gorgeous (especially the oatcakes, which we had never tried before) and the side salad and homemade coleslaw were super fresh. The service was AMAZING! They squeezed in a large table of us just before they hosted a private event and we were so grateful (but didn't feel rushed at all). The setting is very appealing with beautiful artwork all over the walls, and large enough to feel safe in these Covid times. So happy we stumbled across this place!

LOVED every bit. Treated my grandma to lunch here and we both enjoyed every bit! I would also like to say, as I have seen that these lovely people received a one star review stating that staff were rude. Well I would just like to say as we were there at the same time that I can vouch that really wasn’t the case at all. In fact the customers were the ones that were being rude, swearing at staff, slamming the door and even making a point of leaving it open to cause a scene and trying to ruin the atmosphere for everyone else. I don’t see why people think that behaviour like that is ok and acceptable. But despite this the atmosphere was fab and like the professionals that they are, they all remained polite which is a testament to the team! So would highly recommend if you’re in bakewell. All the food is locally sourced and the cakes homemade! The Bakewell tart was amazing! Actually it was all just delicious! Keep up the fabulous work!

Such a warm and friendly reception and delicious food! Service excellent. And I suggest you ignore the one star review posted just now as those people were such rude customers who should be ashamed of their behaviour to the lovely team here.I’ve just eaten the Thai green pea soup and it’s wonderful! Can’t wait to try the cakes!

Amazing café tucked away and upstairs from the main antique store, literally cannot fault them. Great latte (made with full fat milk!) and superb selection of food. we opted for bakewell tart and cream tea. really outstanding food and drink!
