the food was great and the staff friendly and attentive. the feel of the place however was a bit clattery, naked bulbs, metal table tops and pictures of graffiti on the walls with kitchen radio being providing the entertainment.

Amazing hot pork, stuffing sandwich with gravy and roast potatoes. Vegan options too. Nice atmosphere and great service.

Food very good, although menu quite unusual, with no starters/desserts on Sunday menu. Parking very difficult, has no carpark of its own, had to park some considerable distance away, and also main restaurant and bar is up 2 sets of stairs, which is not ideal for some people.

Went here for food with my fiancé and I could not recommend it enough! The food was beautiful and the staff where so lovely and helpful. Service was fairly quick. This was a starter on the evening menu called tomato and the egg and it was absolutely Devine 😍.

Great "veggie sausage" roast sandwich with trust potatoes and a good pot of tea. Very good service and nice outdoor seating.

Went for Sunday lunch, which was outstanding, the meat was cooked to perfection the veg was delightful and the Yorkshire puddings were some of the best I have ever had. My sister had the vegetarian Sunday lunch which was a large tomato with egg and mushroom and all the normal trimmings, she said it was divine. Would definitely recommend, can't wait for my next visit.

Shame I can't give more than 5! What a wonderful restaurant. Friendly staff, beautiful food and very accommodating of the children. They were highly impressed with how well our children dealt with their steaks and the, new to the menu, pork tomahawk! What a meal!

😋 scrumptious soul-satisfying food after a long hike. Very hospitable, welcoming staff. Good selection of drinks. Sarnis portions are adequate and affordable. 👍🏼 In the list of places to visit again if in town.

Popped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food. Cosy outdoor space, friendly (and quick!) stuff. Will definitely come back!

The Sunday roast is by far, one of the best I ever had in the country. Not only because of the selection of meats but also because of how they were cooked and presented. It's difficult to choose what was best if the beef or the pork (not to mention the chicken). Then the vegetables (just delicious from the cabbage to the carrot going through that amazing cheesy cauliflower and the potatoes). The portions are more than fairly big! (Just a piece of advice, better go to the swimming pool first, so you feel the full experience and will feel a less bit guilty!). The wine was excellent as well!The staff is friendly and attentive. The venue is beautiful indoors and outdoors. Definitely, a place to save in my favourites, recommend it to everyone and come back!Thanks for a lovely afternoon!
