McDonald's in Derbyshire Dales

Good, quick food, very friendly and professional staff.Car park has 90 mins free I believe.Food ordered was clearly fresh and hot.Only complaint about McDonalds overall is the paper straws. Unable to finish a drink without it collapsing!!!!

Waited 20 minutes for order to arrive and got someone else's order (Just drinks no food.) Rang the store over 50 times on redial to try get in touch and just kept getting 'line busy' finally got in touch through uber eats driver to speak to a manager who apologised and said they'll have to remake it and resend it so it'll be about 10 minutes... Over an hour later and still no food and no way to get in touch.

Not had a NcDonalds for ages, No Milkshakes. Ordered a Fillet of Fish thar looked like it had been slapped together and had an over greasy taste to it. Hubby ordered a Chicken Legend, this was dry, French fries 🍟 were horrible. Sat in the carpets watching a Rat 🐀 feast on some dropped food from a previous diner.

It wasn't too busy, service time was reasonable. It looked clean, although I was disturbed to see a used dirty high chair put away by staff ready for re use by a customer with out wiping it....it probably means that everyrhing is tidy, but NOT necessarily clean!

Great place to stay, typical Premier Inn quality, 25 minutes walk into Matlock, make sure you visit the Red Lion pub, food really good and a good selection of fine ales. Natalie and the rest of staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is, and probably personal, no bar in the hotel, just a fridge. Although after several Mout cider, Kiwi and Lime, I didn't really care. If you want to visit Matlock, look no further. Enjoy.

Sat at the order point for 5 minutes no acknowledgment. Drive to window staff having cosy chats.Placed order, short changed by £1.01.Reported at second window. Manager went to cash up the till to check for overage. Came back gave me £1.01. No apology as such. Mediocre fast food, terrible customer service.

What an absolutely shocking maccys !! The drive through always without fail tells you to park up and wait and then they never get it right. The staff just don't care at all the burgers look thrown together !!!Today was the worst ever. Went through the drive through and ordered. They gave us the drinks and mc flurrys (which is ice cream !) And was told to " Park in bay 1" ten mins later they come out with the food. I nicely asked to change the ice creams because they was melting. Another five mins later someone else comes out with the same ice creams saying there nothing wrong with them ! I said now we have waited they will be melted by the time we have eaten our food and I was told again there nothing wrong with them!! The place is a joke. The worst mcdonnalds I've ever ever been to !!

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve been to unfortunately. I can’t remember the last time I went & they actually had all the items I had ordered. Specifically, they literally never have milkshakes on. Like, ever. I think I’ve had 1 milkshake from them in the last 3 years. And they now very rarely have the Mcplant burger meaning I often don’t even bother ordering anything at all when I’m there because their other vegetarian option is absolutely vile. So frustrating because I think a lot of people were excited about a McDonalds coming to Matlock but it’s absolutely appalling

I am very disappointed at the customer service here, I went through the drive through, ordered my order then proceeded to the first window to pay, I tapped my card, then immediately the staff member said its all gone through fine. After arriving at the second window, I was told by a different staff member that my card had been declined and I was expected to get out my car and walk back to the first window to try and re-pay. I explained to the rude staff member that the previous window told me it had been accepted and she abruptly said, well it hasn't. Disgusting customer service.

Today our silaging team was very exited about our dinner time trip to McDonald's. We went down and ordered our meals and tbf the service was quick and okay. We traveled back to the farm (6 miles away) only to find out we was missing 3 double cheeseburgers. Members of our team felt heartbroken and the bottom lip is still down. How is this expectable. Not on at all. We have tried phoning all afternoon but no answer.
