Rajas in Derbyshire Dales

Had a takeout a year ago and wanted to try the eat in as it was so nice.We had three dishes rice and naan and all exceptionally good. Lamb chicken and vegetable all great .In fact I ordered the same again to take home and will definitely call again.

Great food and service. Curry's were full of flavour and the recommended lamb dish that I had was wonderful. Definitely will go again.

Tasty and generous portions…an extensive menu and staff very helpful on recommendations.

Lamb tikka Baltic was delicious and the Pratha (bread) went well with it.The waiter suggested a side to go with the main with complimented the meal.Highly recommend.Excellent food and great service all round.

Table for three. Ample food portions. Perfect chicken dishes. All side dishes plentiful and piping hot. Clean and welcoming restaurant. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and will definately be returning.

Great food and wonderful service. We had the mixed platter for starters which was amazing and really worth the buck. Also recommend the locally brewed beer called Jaipur and a dessert called matka that was a perfect end to the meal.

Service and staff were great, shame the food was not. Didn't have much flavour and tasteless. Responsible prices.

Staff were friendly. Decoration was not memorable. Prices are reasonable, But the food was fairly tasteless, I've been to India, im not sure the spices have made it to bakewell. I would not return here.

Rajas's is not ne of the good Indian restaurant. It is just near to the carpark. Nice ambiance. Feel like traditional Indian restaurant, including serving style. Friendly staff. Bar also there.

Very, very good. The flavour of the main ingredients shone through the spicing and, for us, the heat level was just fine. The Tandoori King Prawns were particularly good.
