We stopped here for lunch and wow what amazingly tasty food, beautifully presented and just a cut above many a tea room experience. You can either sit inside or outside overlooking the fountain monument and the village play area. Super steep hill walks with steps leading off around to explore. We loved the lunch and then leisurely tried a slice of cake....just lish. The fruit tea was aromatic with real fruit pieces infused by the hot water.A gem of a find and they also do B and B.

Absolutely amazing place. Visited Bonsall and stopped here for a cuppa, enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast (twice) a spot of lunch and just to take in the atmosphere. The ladies that work in there are all superb, knowledgeable of the surrounding area, which is always handy for tourists such as I, and always ready to offer advice or words of wisdomThe food on all occasions was scrumptious, the beverages top mark and the surroundings just add to the passion. Add to that it's dog friendly, our black lab Lola was spoilt rotten, and you have the perfect setting.Thoroughly recommend this place. We will be returning soon.

You absolutely cannot beat this Bonsall B&B over lovely Fountain tearooms .This is our fourth time at this beautiful place. Super comfy, clean as a whistle, totally central to everywhere , but quiet as you like, and completely the heartbeat of the village. Beautiful all matching decor, no expense spared. We love the bathroom, especially the shower which is so easy to work on either function.Breakfast has been outstanding every time and the staff (particularly Ann) could not be more helpful or charming. We return in the summer!!

Always enjoy our visits to Fountain Tea Rooms. Usually breakfast but today it was lunch. Just wish a little more choice on menu for lunch. Will definitely go again

We used both the tea room and the shop. Tea room was very child friendly and the lady was very accommodating to my 2 year old (children's cutlery and cup provided). Oatcake breakfast was good. Shop is described as a deli but is more a basic convenience store, staffed by the cafe staff.

We stayed here for two nights for the very first time this weekend to visit our friends who run a pub just up the road a little way. Oh wow how lovely is this absolutely superb place the breakfasts are also amazing. Highly recommended on all counts

We ordered hot chocolates and a flat white. They were nice but not to write home about. The chocolates were not very chocolatey nor hot, while the flat white was more of a latte. However, the setting was very atmospheric and the service friendly. Hence, I wouldn't recommend going for the quality of the products, but for the overall experience instead.

Very tasty food and cakes with friendly service. One of our favourite tea rooms.Situated in a lovely village with plenty of local walks.Lovely to sit on the terrace in the summer months or cosy indoors.Felt very safe too in these times.

Visited as part of a walk in the Peak District with group of friends. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ordered jacket potato with tuna and pot of tea. Really tasty and good quality. Clean toilets. Seating indoors and outside. Recommend getting cakes for take out. Lemon drizzle cake was excellent. Will definitely return.
