Polite, smiley and welcoming staff. Fire lit which looked lovely. Laura R showed us to our table and took a drinks order, coming back to take our food order, very accommodating ref my gluten free options and another minor request. Food well presented, served hot and fresh. Also we gad a voucher to use which made the meals extremely good value

Jodie & Will = top class service. Couldn't ask for anything more when being on holiday somewhere new with my little girl. Bartender absolute top class something you would expect in a big city and the waitress always keeping the guests happy with a smile makes for the experience I woild genuinely come back for. Both an absolute equal credit to the pub. Couldn't recommend this place enough

Let me start by saying that the staff and manager were fantastic, would give them all 5 stars. The pub itself is beautiful and very nicely laid out, however, the food was very poor hence the low rating. We ordered meals for all the family including vegan meals for my wife and myself. The quality of the food was really poor, undercooked in parts and lacking any real taste. It ranks as the worst meal we have ever eaten out. This ruined the day for us having just arrived in the area for our Easter break. I would say sack the chefs but the rest of the staff were great, please pass on our compliments to the them. Thanks

Had 3 kids meals and 2 adults. Kids meals very good value for money and they all enjoyed it. Adult meals was the kebabs maybe some coleslaw or a side salad with the kebab and chips would have made it better value but very tasty and cooked well. Good selection of drinks at a reasonable price. Would definitely go again if in the area.

Stopped in on our travel across country, despite it being a very busy mother's Day lunch time they were able to wear us. The food was absolutely delicious. Served quickly and presented beautifuly. Lovely decor and seeing the rotisserie chickens cooking was a unique touch.Would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly just a lovely experience.

Very friendly service, and the food came in good time. Tasty non-alcoholic beer! All the breads that came with the meal were lovely. Unfortunately, the starter soups were just lukewarm and lacking flavour. Pasta mains came with a bland tomato sauce (and not much of it). Nothing was terrible, just a bit disappointing because it was a comfy, welcoming place.

Service was great here even though very busy, I had scampi and chips and the portion was bigger than most places I have been before. Happy with my meal Nd would go again.

Friendly welcome on arrival and quickly seated. The food was of an excellent standard with serving staff waiting to check that everything was suitably cooked (steak) before leaving.

Good Sunday lunch here. Service was very good. Our server Gemma was particularly attentive to our needs and made the whole experience pleasurable. The rotisserie chicken was excellent. If I were to be critical, for positive feedback, the vegetables were over cooked, and being a chef myself, I feel accompanying vegetables in a meal mean a lot. However, we will definitely return

We visited last minute and was able to have a late dinner. It was lovely and quiet which made a great intimate date atmosphere. The staff are super kind and patient & we were really welcomed.The food was great too! Highly recommendTop tip - their sharing chicken wings are are a great portion! We ordered 8 wings and that’s the portion (in the pic) we received.
