The Vines Restaurant in Derbyshire Dales

This has jumped to the top of my fave places to go for food with my dog! Cool venue with Vegan burgers for me! They even got my dog some Sausages so she wasn't left out!!

First visit yesterday. Ordered the Prawn cocktail to start, probably the best i have tried, sauce was amazing and there were plenty of prawns. Had the macaroni for the main, couldn't fault it. The place is so relaxed and has a great vibe. Highly recommend ✅

Beautiful setting and delicious food! Conveniently located with dedicated parking behind restaurant. The immense foliage and elegant decor make every meal feel special.

First visit to this establishment and was surprised by how lovely it was. Staff were attentive, we did not book in advance and a table was available. Covid compliant. Three menus available (Burns Night), from which we chose the more expensive one. Other menu was to dishes for £15.50, with a good menu. Third was a Burns Night menu offering. Good presention of meals and tasty too. Gave it a five for a first visit and a second will definitely follow in the future. PS: they do a DJ at weekends I'm led to believe, not to cook but to play music of course.

Not impressed at all. If you want fast food service go here. We placed our order, main meal was at our table less than 5 minutes, wouldn't say that was freshly cooked. Also my friends sausages were overcooked, not enough potatoes for the 3 sausages charged £3.50 for a saucer of smash. Well overcharged for bottle of wine. Will not hurry back standard has really went down.

Friendly helpful staff. Prices reasonable. Food tasty and hot. Toilets lovely and clean. What's not to like.

Celebrated my "Special" Birthday 🎊🎁🎉 with my family here. Had a lovely evening with great food & alcohol 🍹🥂🍾🍺 ( obviously 🤭). Staff were very friendly & attentive considering how busy they were.👍

Food was delicious, my steak was cooked perfectly (rare)Dessert (mixed berries cheesecake) was delightful too.Girlfriend had the fish and chips and pavlova, which were also delicious.Staff were very friendly and the service excellent. If you're in Prestwick and looking for a place to eat I thoroughly recommend The Vine.

We visited for late lunch and the food was lovely! Service was great as always and lovely atmosphere.

The first time we have visited The Vine since it was refurbished from previously Elliotts. The decor is really nice, the vibe around the restaurant and bar is very welcoming. We were in for breakfast, it was perfect not heavy and stodgey. I felt comfortable afterwards and the iced caramel latte was really nice, I also had a caramel and hazelnut latte ....recommended.
