Lovely Relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful, freindly people, great food. I would recommend to everyone.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly barman, and a great local pint from 3 miles down the road! Would like to come back for a bite to eat on my next trip - definitely reccomend.

Brilliant on all levels! Great food (one of the best pies I've had in a very long time), Cosy and great atmosphere. The staff couldn't do enough to help and we're extremely accommodating. Thank you for having us.

This pub is well worth a visit, very old.Went for dinner wife had a pie I had a lamb shank both were very good the kids meals also good.Would defo go back!Very friendly staff!Thank you so much!!!!!

Great pub. Evidently very popular with locals but not insular by any means. The food was in large portions and tasted great, especially the dessert. The serving staff were all very friendly.The one minor negative is that we were by the door that led to the toilet and it would slam every now and then. Perhaps some padding would take care of this. But this is very minor!

Our new Sunday Roast Inn :-) A great little place, friendly staff and the food was excellent.. It's a case of getting what you pay for.. The roast beef was priced higher than some, BUT check out how much a rib of beef costs at your local butchers.. We loved our lunch with all the trimmings and will return..
