The food here is pretty good, however, you have to be on your guard. On two separate occasions my stepson has been charged for items he didn't receive. On the second occasion they said they didn't even have the item he ordered, paid for, and didn't receive.In common with some other small town businesses, they have something of an intransigent "like it or lump it" attitude.Better to go to Davenport's, just three doors away.

Best chippy in Louth in my opinion, not greasy and doesn't repeat. Highly recommended.

Service is so slow - took young girl over 15 minutes to give me 4 bags of chips and a curry sauce! Was like she was wrapping glass - safe to say chips were cold and went straight in to the bin.

Helpful, friendly staff. (5*)But....The baguette in the Meal Deal was....quite simply....DEADNo flavour to it, no crustiness to it, looked pale to start with, and without the pickle it would definitely have been certified as....Totally DEAD.Even the cheese and ham inside it seemed to be from the Economy Packs, so definitely wouldn't consider that again.£4 would be a reasonable price, otherwise.

Another great fish and chip shop in Louth.Phone and collect service available or just call in. Always seems busy so the quality is fresh and hot. Good menu selection and prices are very reasonable. Portion size favours the hungry so you shouldn't be disappointed. Nice clean and friendly chippy, well worth trying.
