George & Dragon Pub in East Lindsey

Really lovely little pub with amazing snelling food- wish we had had time to stay to eat! Really friendly staff, lovely decor and lovely garden! Oh, and a sense of humour! 😁

Went on a bank holiday weekend (Sunday). Never been before.Quality over quantity should be their motto. They only had 4 main meals on the menu, but bye god, they were incredible. We saw food coming out to others which looked brilliant.Highly recommend

Turned up at 1.45pm on a Sunday for a quick drink and a nice Sunday lunch. Took an age to be served. Was told "oh no, I don't think we are serving now" what at 1.45 on a Sunday yet they close at 4pm. He did agree to serve us then took even longer to even acknowledge us when we had quickly decided what to order. Ist impressions count and this was bad. I thought the pub trade was desperate for customers? Clearly not in this case. Food looked ok to the lucky people who got theirs. Never again.

Good location in the village, suitable for locals and passing trade. Staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect, answering our questions on the menu. We both chose vegan options and they were absolutely delicious, hot, tasty and good value for money. Only suggestion would be to offer a side of some sort with the Thai dish as I had too much flat bread with my tagine but hubby needed just a bite more, so we shared. Would definitely eat here again if we were in the area, thank you.

Lovely atmosphere and wish it was my local. Service for food just needs a bit of honing, pleasant staff but we had to chase for our oder to be taken and help ourselves to cutlery. The food is good quality and tasty.

We found this pub in the way home. Dog friendly - she got served first with fresh water :) - clean and the sharing plates were amazing. This is proper restaurant food, not pub grub. Staff were super friendly and on the ball. Nothing was too much trouble.
