Highgate Bistro in East Lindsey

We had breakfast here a couple of times over the Easter weekend. We had booked reservations in advance and the hosts easily accommodated our large family group.A good selection on the menu was beautifully prepared and served and enjoyed by all.Superb hosts in this popular dining venue with a lovely garden with swings and climbing frame to keep the little ones entertained.Recommended.

Just Wow!Stopped off for an impromptu breakfast and couldn't be happier we did! Waited on by a very polite and professional young man named Baker. We both had the full breakfast and it is deceptively filling! Delicious quality food, full of flavour and everything was piping hot. We'll definitely be back for more! Such a beautiful place, so much character and unbelievably clean and well presented!

Myself and my partner were staying locally and fancied a nice dinner out. We are not local to the area so I did a little search online and found this place and we thought we would give it a try!Oh, my, gosh! 😍 I’m so glad we decided to go here. We loved it so much that we returned for breakfast again the next day which was also amazing.The food, atmosphere, location, service is all 5*. I wish that we lived locally so that we could return in the summer and make the most of the beautiful outside seating area!I would highly recommend! Reasonably priced and very good quality food!

We stayed here for 1 night while moving house and recently returned as we had been so impressed. The accommodation is elegant and spotless. The ambience is warm and welcoming. The Leagate manages to feel historical yet modern at the same time. Staff are excellent, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to visiting regularly

Stunning, large but cosy traditional Inn serving food with rooms to stay. We've only eaten here but plan to come back and stay as it was that good. Solid choice of beers, wines and spirits, good real ales on pump plus the food is exceptional! Great value for money and plentiful. We tried a fair few dishes and all were brilliant. Big car park with plenty of spaces plus a large wooden kids play park for the kids, really impressive. Highly recommend.

The best pub in Lincoln. The owners are absolute legends making every visit special and their teams attention to detail is outstanding. Then you have the chef creating amazing dishes delivering a punch of flavour to your taste buds making you want to go back over and over. Don't even get me started on the cocktail menu as once you order one you'll be ordering the whole list.Ever want to take the kids to the pack... But feel like you need a cheeky weekend pint in the garden... Leagate has you covered the garden is spectacular and has a retro kids boot slide and a brand new kids activity area. Win win for kids and adults.This is now our local and visit once a week!Did I mention they serve breakfast lunch and dinner and roast dinners on Sunday? If you have a few too many there are even rooms to stay in which are newly refurbished to a high standard.

Stayed for 2 nights in the amazing Millennium Suite. Spotlessly clean and luxurious. Incredible staff all go above and beyond, very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you Leagate for a wonderful stay and for being incredibly kind and helpful to us and our family.

We went as a family for a 21st birthday lunch on November 30th and were really impressed. The menu had lots of choice and even though we all ordered different things from the menu everything arrived hot and fresh and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely eat here again in the future .

Christmas DinnerMy mum and I had a wonderful meal. Starting with the starter, main meal, and pudding.All were traditional which we had asked for and were without doubt perfect. Thank you Chefs.The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The atmosphere was lovely.We will definitely be booking again.

The food & cocktails were fantastic and the live singer on the night was excellent. The team gave a faultless service to the group and couldn’t do enough to make sure you had a great evening and break.I would commended this venue for any celebration you’ve got in the near future!
