Kfc in East Lindsey

Service is slow and staff don’t even speak to you when handing your food over. Paid for a two piece meal and was given two tiny wings with a mouthful of chicken on them between them and they were over cooked and tasted of flour. No napkins to wipe your hands on. Really disappointing and not what I’m used to from a KFC. Next time, I’ll wait until I get to Cleethorpes and get one from there.

Aesthetically wise probably the smartest kfc I have been in but the positives end there. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous, 45 minutes waiting for your food at a fast food restaurant isn’t good enough. Staff are completely incompetent and really rude. One employee stood looking at the screens for 20 minutes not having a clue what to do and half your food is always missing.Probably save your money and go elsewhere, shame it’s the only one in the immediate area.

Don't like leaving negative reviews but on a quiet Wednesday afternoon a 45 minute wait, only for it to be missing items, isn't on. This seems to be the norm here. It's often we have to wait 30-45 minutes even when it's not busy. 70 minutes has been the longest wait. If you're looking for fast food, cook it yourself

Went yesterday at 15 45 hours drove up to hatch to place order no one came for five minutes placed order with a very rude female who told me I could not have water with my order but had to have Pepsi max told her I didn’t want it reply oh tell them round the corner mate you want water got to collation point waited nearly five minutes for someone to come to hatch when male came he handed me a bag plus a Pepsi as that was what was on my order got home and had a bag of nearly cold food they need to get their act together I will not go again

Waited 30+ minutes for our meals, and was told it would be another 10+minutes until it would be ready. Half our order was complete and just left on the side, not even under the heat. Requested a refund. The 2 mangers didn't no how to do this and started shouting at each other. 2 other families also Requested a refund the restaurant was very quiet so no excuse. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC....

Been here twice now and have come to the conclusion this is the worst KFC I have visited. Each time I have visited I ordered the two piece chicken meal and the chicken coating is particularly greasy oozing onto napkins. Don’t get me wrong I love KFC and I hope this is something they can improve on as they let the brand down….did I mention service is slow and the tables are slow to be cleared.

Waited 45 minutes for my order, as I waited I could hear staff arguing in the kitchen loudly. There were no chips or drinks available so I had to make do with half a meal. When I opened my box i saw the 3 smallest chicken fillets I've ever seen, which were stone cold.Worst KFC I've ever been to. Poorly trained staff and rubbish food.

Thought give it a few months and it will improve. No. Still the same old problems on and on. Very long waiting inside for a 'takeaway'. The staff is mostly dealing with drive-through orders. A hand sanitizer isn't working.The order terminals don't print receipts. May be it's time for the KFC bosses to check that this venue needs to be improved.

Went to KFC when it first opened in Louth and it was very good.On the last two occasions no hot drinks , no cold drinks., and also ran out of other items.Tonight we ate in again no hot drinks no dips or Tropicana and the restaurant was freezing cold.

Recently opened, the team are a great friendly bunch and quality of food is excellent. Only downside is this is so close to my home that my trousers no longer fit!
