Kfc Skegness in East Lindsey

After waiting fifteen minutes to be served - while being at the counter and till I might add, I was finally served by a less than gracious customer sales assistant.After my order had finally been taken it took less than two minutes for them to serve my order off.That wasn't a good thing however, as it came wrong anyway.At this point I was very aggrieved and nothing was done to rectify my mood.The staff inside care more about having a good laugh with each other than presenting any form of customer service experience to their actual customers.If you plan on eating here, expect long waits and the wrong food to be given to you.You have been warned.

Went in yesterday after 12am rude girl on the mic I had to keep asking what was available no hot drinks this is what you get with young people on the order window and payment collection window very hard work trying to get a meal and a drink no respect at all and we are local not holiday makers so it's McDonald's for us now treating pensioners like they are nothing very poor and at least McDonald's do hot drinks and beautiful apply pies in a folder nice and hotAnd we will not be using kfc any where now

Went on busy bank holiday, so whilst had to wait a bit for the food it was one of the best KFC's I had as it must have been cooked as quickly as people ordering. The knock off for the stars was whilst I was eating, the cleaner kept on talking to me mainly about being I'll (sore chest and difficulty breathing) and to moan about dirty customers leaving used sanitary products on the women's toilets floor.... Not things I really want to talk or hear about whilst eating

It's possibly the worst KFC in the country. Rude staff from management down. Things missing from the order and I was told they would give me 10% off my next order, so basically they stole money from me and then said I could have it back if I bought more. Absolute joke .

I have given one star as zero is not an option. We visited here during our break in Skegness, I have never been served food as disgusting in my life..... Ordered portion of chicken and a zinger meal for two of us, when it was ready after waiting 10 minutes in the empty restaurant it was all literally thrown in to one box, the chicken pieces were swimming in grease, the burger had clearly been microwaved as it was like rubber, and both were just luke warm as were the fries. Looking back we should have complained there and then, but the 2 young guys serving were clearly not bothered how they served customers, they were too busy talking and laughing, and were quite rude, needles to say we won't be visiting again 🤮

The worst kfc in Lincolnshire. The manager should be sacked with how bad this KFC is run. Always mistakes. You wait forty minutes at the drive through. Cold food. Shocking

I was disappointed honestly, I'm not a fan of KFC in the first place, the only reason I go is because of the corn on the cob, the lemon wipes and my brother loves it. The burger I had was average, the costumer service was good, but one woman scared me a bit 😂. My biggest complaint- and the one that disgusted me -the woman's toilets. NO BIN! Why is there no bin. What are we supposed to do with the you-know-what, I thought I'd gone into the mens stall, I hope it was a mistake but I wasn't happy

This was a complete joke from start to finish. The 3 woman on the counter didn't have a clue.Most people kept saying they hadn't made their order correctly.Our order went missing , 20 minutes later when presented with our bag of food we were told would we like to wait 7 minutes whilst the hot wings were being prepared. We told them no because the food was getting cold. When we got home the order was only half there. No garlic sauce, no hot sauce, no sweet corn, one fillet burger missing 2 bags of chips instead of 4. I rang the manager who said I could have a voucher to the value of £35 which is what I spent but would have to claim it within a month.To be honest I just want the money back because the food we did get was not up to standard and didn't get eaten. Why would I want to go back.Paul.
