Maid Marian pub in East Lindsey

Visited for dinner on the hottest day of the year and couldn't believe how friendly the man (Ash)working on the carvery deck was he was great with the kids! Food was hot and tasted great, will visit again.

Went to have dinner on Sunday than got told it was finished at 6 not very clear on that meat got waste should make it more clear when you stop serving

Went there for food on a sunday in July ,stopped serving food at 6pm ,absolutely crazy in peak season the whole place was empty, no wonder places close down .

Had a great Sunday Carvery here. Nice place to eat. Great food. Will be back.

I don't recommend for a vegan, they say there is a vegan menu but none of it is actually vegan. We ordered vegan sausage and mash peas and Yorkshire pudding. After our meal we were informed the only thing vegan on our plate was the peas. When I complained they tried telling me that I'm the one that is wrong. As I read the menu wrong because they seem to think VG means vegetarian and V means vegan. Then they tried telling me that I could of had the lasagne as that is vegan but that is made with quorn mince which contains egg so obviously not vegan.

Steak and ale pie was absolutely beautiful portion sizes are really good will definitely be coming here more. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the whole place is very clean and looks amazing inside drinks are good overall amazing :)

Nice enough food, however in my chilli con carne I had a sharp serrated plastic lid. I told the waitress, and although she said sorry it was the sort of sorry you'd get for just bumping into someone on the street! I don't think she really thought of the seriousness of it being in there!

Stayed near here on holiday with my family asked the first day what time they sold food until was told 8pm then came in at 7pm they ran out of food second attempt they stopped serving at 6pm, absolute joke wouldn't bother giving them a penny, wouldn't mind looks like a lovely pub obviously just want money for drinks only but advertise otherwise.

My mum and step dad come every week for the carvery and they say it's excellent with loads of choice

Really good food, reasonably priced, nice staffCan't ask for more, (It was very quiet, it could be different when it's busy)
