McDonald's in East Lindsey

Food cooked fine. Staff were polite. Cab get pretty busy on the drive thru leaving a bit of a wait.

The app failed so we had to order at the kiosk. 26/06/2022. We got our food and I opened my hot chocolate, there was only under half a cup of warm hot chocolate. It seemed like someone's half drunken drink. The app should be burned and would not recommend this place. Go elsewhere. I am annoyed.

Waited today. 1st June for 20 + minutes for a happy meal. Thick shake left on the counter for 20 minutes. Not sure it was ours. But it was. Sadly The lad serving us kept walking to the back restaurant. Then we witnessed a young girl dealing with burgers. No gloves. Bare hands. Handling the burgers etc. wiping her hands on her uniform. This restaurant manager needs to re train their staff in the health and hygiene laws and rules.

Food is generally good - IF you get what you paid for.Every time I go through the drive though, something is 100% guaranteed to be missing.How hard can it be to read from a screen???

A bit busy today, had table service and got served with cold coffee and Imean cold. Had to go to the counter and wait for someone to then exchange it for a fresh brew , trouble was I ordered a latte and got a toffee latte. OK I Don mind a toffee latte but it just shows how disorganised the drinks section is

Always had a good quick experience at this McDs. Staff are usually quite friendly although sometimes they can be a little sharp but it may be because of the pace they work at. Normally always use the drive thru which is OK.

What a dump.The kids table is now reserved for deliveroo drivers.Our food was cold after standing and waiting 20 mins for a simple take away order.The car park took another 20mins to escape from.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Literally half portions of mcflurries, from drive through. When asked why so small, manager just put them in the mixer.4 mcflurries each didn't even come up half way of the pots/containers.Rude manager.

My order was collected by someone else and I had to ask 3 times and 3 different workers to get my order. I was talking to them and literally ignored. Eventually got my meal but Big Mac was totally cold, chips undercooked and Coca Cola mixed with a water. Disgusting! Awful experience.

If you want items missing order from here.Last 7 orders meals missing.Maybe get staff that have a brain or train them.Not hard to bag items and check them off a check list.Seriously have a word with staff.Thick as
