Montebello Ristorante in East Lindsey

Despite being short staffed, the service was incredible.Food was fresh and full of flavour, highly recommended.

What an absolutely lovely place! Super family friendly, they squeezed us in after we visited the wildlife park nearby. The staff are so friendly, helpful and nice. The food was gorgeous. We will definately be returning in the future and recommending far and wide!

It's a great place to eat in or takeaway, we have ordered from here many times, it's our go to restaurant at the moment. The food is always top notch, I would recommend this restaurant any day of the week.

We went here on May the 20th it was dreadful my food was tasteless I had chicken in a cream sauce not good at all.. my husband had pizza he asked for garlic yes garlic it is a Italian.. LolAll they did was pour garlic oil over the pizza it was sloppy so he left most of it.While we was eating our meal two girls decided to clean the table either side of us with the lovely antibacterial spray!Not a good start as we was just having our wine trying to have a romantic night but it wasn’t to be all the lights in the restaurant were on so no ambiance at all. Yes we did complain and they did offer us a free dessert in which we declined. We took our bottle of wine and went back to our hotel. Not Happy…

Very nice food and service, I ordered from the specials menu which was delicious but the pasta dishes did also look very nice, recommended!

Excellent, I thought I had booked a table but they found a place anyway. The food was delicious and the portion just right, finished with tiramisu and good coffee. A fitting final meal for our holiday. Thanks to the team, recommended.

Paid the £5 fee up front days in advance. On a week day, arrived to join a group of guests. The service was appalling. Staff seem clueless and not attentive. After starters, table was still not laid with cutlery for me, were other had theirs! Even after being served main course, still no cutlery. Went up to a member of staff to complain and asked them to rectify the matter. From being seated too complaining was 50minutes. Absolutely dreadful customer care. Empty bottles and glasses were left next to me and not removed again until I pointed this out. The meal was average, nothing special one could not cook oneself Starter disguised by mediocre quality balsamic vinegar. Then to add insult, they tried to charge for a drink I did not request and never took the £5 upfront fee from my bill. All in all, poorest service I've come across for many years. Needless to say, they failed and I'll not be visiting again.

Food was amazing but slow to be brought out, my husband had the main part of his meal but the sides were nearly 5 minutes later. We asked for olive oil and again this took a while to deliver. The waitresses seemed to be too busy talking!However we weren't rushed out once we had finished eating, it was nice and relaxed and very clean.We would go again because the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We were a group of 6 and it worked out at £26 a head for starters, mains and drinks.

Wonderful atmosphere and attentive staff. Food was excellent.
