Nice dog friendly cafe good for people watching

We googled 'dog friendly cafes in Skegness' and Mooch cafe came up. However, when we went inside, we sat down and after several looks by the staff we were approached and asked if the dog was an assistant dog. When we said no, we was asked to go outside as dogs are not allowed inside. In my opinion, any cafe can be dog friendly if you eat outside! Please be aware!

Great facilities for families - fantastic baby change & nursing room, made us feel really welcome

Good selection of food at decent prices and good portion sizes. Only grumble was that they'd closed the larger seating area at the back (presume because it was late afternoon and they were packing up). This meant we had to squeeze in at the front in a nasty draft and people kept bumping in to the buggy disturbing the sleeping child. Was a shame and a bit unnecessary really. Advise checking out the seating properly before ordering, especially if it's cold outside!

Visiting the area and was drawn to this place as the decor was so lovely. A perfect breakfast from start to finish. All the staff were extremley welcoming the food was amazing and had a loveliest atmosphere. Will definately return when next visiting!

Even though we didn't eat here (purely not Lunch or Teatime) I was so very grateful that they catered for Vegans! Extremely good price for a Regular Coffee with Soya Milk. Tasted just as good as a Chain Coffee Shop. And the Staff! Soooo Friendly and Polite! We will definitely return, for a Meal this Time! :)

Fantastic little place, breakfasts were great. Could have done with a round of toast but my only thing that could have been better. Staff were lovely.

Saw this place as we were looking around for somewhere to eat. Nice decor,very clean,lovely food. All 3 of us thought it was lovely so we went back again the next day. Thank-you.

Coffee was not the best, and the cake was crumbly. The staff is nice though, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Small selection of cute gifts - nice touch. Would only come again if starving, but not on purpose.
