Railway Tavern in East Lindsey

Plenty of meals to choose from and hearty plates much enjoyed. Sides customised to need which is helpful. Nice pub with a friendly atmosphere. Staff made it very welcoming. Nice rural nosh when we needed it.

The food is always great here and the hosts make you feel really at home. Highly recommended

This pub is one that is difficult to descibe. Its homely and xomforable, nice drinks and excelleny food. But those are not the most important elements as good as they are......its the owners that stand out. They make everyone welcome and in a short time it feels like you are a regular.We had drinks one night and the following night dinner with family. We all enjoy it, leaving with a smile and looking foward to returning. We had previoulsy met with family as a convenient place while visiting old haunts ......since then the family have travelled there to meet up a few times. None of us live near the pub, although we all have local connections. It is because the people are who they are that we keep returningThey are a true example of a community pub.

Have eaten here a several times before but today my art group had their Christmas meal. Wow I wasn't disappointed. The meal was fantastic. Keith and Dawn are great hosts and Dawn never fails with her food. The only downside was that I couldn't manage a mince pie with the coffee.

We went on Sunday 21st November and it was as fantastic as always. We usually go once a year The dinner was awesome, the beef to die for, and the welcome we got was great. Roll on next time, I wish I lived nearby.

Just brilliant. Dog friendly, which is important for us. We love the relaxed, warm vibe, lovely staff and the food and drink offerings

Absolutely amazing service during strange covid times. Booked ahead, and doing so was easy.The food itself was great, proper home cooked meals and fantastic portions/ pricing. Menu has a good range of items, and nice beers available too.Highly recommend!

Holiday cottage in Aby, Lincs. Adjacent to the Railway Tavern who own the 2 cottages. Cottage is really good, can't fault it. Very quiet. The hosts , Dawn and Keith are very friendly and welcoming. Would stay there again.

What a little gem of a find this was. Been on holiday for almost two weeks before finding this place, just wish we had found it sooner.My partner had the pork Belly and I had the minted lamb steak. OMG, they were both amazing dishes, not a scrap was left on either plate.For dessert we both had a different version of the same dessert, WOW, what a portion size, so make sure you leave enough room.Will definitely return when we visit Lincolnshire again, 5*Social distancing is very much at the forefront of the owners minds, making it a safe and secure place to eat.
