Booked a table and arrived to be told I’d have to be patient as they had no tables free?? Very strange as I’d booked. People had been waiting for over an hour already for a table and nearly 2 hours for a takeaway. Gave up and went elsewhere, very disappointing don’t waste your time booking a table as it really means nothing. Definitely won’t attempt to eat here again.

This was our first time visiting. The service was pleasant. The pickle tray was very good so had really high hopes. The starter was really yummy, (mixed starters) the meat was tender. The curries we ordered were very disappointing. The lamb was in very small chunks and chewy, the sauces lacked flavour. We ordered a keema naan- there was no keema in it! The naan breads were also quite small...

We have visited Raj Mohal for years now. They serve delightful Indian food. They're a really friendly team who we have now known for years. The atmosphere during a meal is warm and friendly and the food, delicious. We also use their takeaway facility which gives you a discount on the food served in the restaurant and is equally delicious. We have used the takeaway for family celebrations as well. It has become a true family favourite and tradition. I would always recommend our friends at Raj Mohal.

My personal favorite eatery come in or carry out, very friendly staff. A local favorite for many. Recommended
