Salts Fish and Chip Shop in East Lindsey

After an amazing meal the other day, thought we’d go back tonight. Unfortunately the cod didn’t taste right, was too fishy and didn’t have big flakes like you’d expect, half suspect it was actually defrosted haddock they gave us! Couldn’t eat it. Dogs enjoyed it!

Good fish and chips but come on 8 pounds

Came here today from Nottingham, it’s was so clean inside, and the food was ready as soon as we were ordering. The system they have inside for service is absolutely brilliant. One taking orders, one making the orders, one cooking and one cleaning. Food was fresh and piping hot. The Cod was fresh too flaky fish 10/10 will be my regular chipotle when I’m here on holiday

Wife came home from hospital Wednesday night 🌙 😌, WANTED SALTS LARGE COD AND 🍟 nobody else's will do and after 3weeks in hospital 🏥 she demolished every mouthful.WE ARE BOTH NUMBER ONE FANS OF "SALTS" THE BEST IN SKEGNESS.Harry and Pat.

Very nice fish and chips, average price for take away, had gone to have a meal in the restaurant but was shut due to Covid and possibly time of year. X

Always go to salts for fish and chips when we visit Skegness,we have never been disappointed with our meal.

This used to be a great place for chips in skeggy, but they have now started using cardboard boxes to wrap food. This means smaller portions, and our food is now cold after the usual short trip home.When wrapped in paper the food was still hot when we got home.This, with the price increase has put me off using salts again.Ditch the boxes PLEASE!

Called in sunday 12/12/21 and as usual had steak and kidney pie chips and a fishcake and as every time we have bee it was all cooked to perfection. Fantastic place and friendly staff. Thank you.
