Seaview Fisheries in East Lindsey

This is the second time I’ve tried this chippy, first time was bad enough but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Big mistake! Chips were dry and obviously not freshly cooked just reheated. Pasty had been totally over cooked in microwave, edges were chewy. Total waste of money, all inedible. They won’t have a third time lucky chance from me.

A treat from my mother...a visit to a proper seaside chippy. Compared to the chip shops where I live in Sheffield it was amazing. Light crisp batter and a generous portion.of perfectly cooked cod, not what I am used to at all. A treat indeed at a great price.

Great fish chips and mushy peas meal, clean and tidy dining area. Lovely staff very polite and attentive. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Called in the other night, it was very busy but, after eating their fish and chips, I can see why.OK, so that's the downside, you may have to wait. For myself it was about 15 mins, which I thought was OK.Fish and chips twice (with a choice of fish) about £13.There's a little cafe attached, non licenced, which always seems to be busy aswell.The fish and chips were hot and fresh.Would recommend.

First time we've eaten here in the cafe. The food was brilliant really tasty and hot. We will be back again for sure.

Not a fan. Heard such great things about this place but was left very disappointed. My haddock had lots of large bones in it. The chips weren't that nice either. The curry sauce wasn't bad though. The lady serving seemed more than happy eating her bag of crisps then serving food, no hand washing or anything.

Lovely fish and chips good service clean and well run would recommend we eat in the cafe nice and roomy worth the walk.

Very popular restaurant, line was 7 people deep when i first arrived. We ordered the haddock, cod, and pineapple fritter. I ate the haddock and it was good, did not wow mem "Pretty dang good, only complaint is being drowned with grease." Quote from my wife who orderd and ate the Cod. We ate the pineapple fritter which was a pineapple fried in the same batter that the fish was fried in, it was ok not as crispy as i would like. Me and my wife travelled feom lincoln, about 65 minutes away. Friendly staff. Generous portions that fill you up. Kethchup is 20p for a packet. Little wooden forks are provided. Will definetly come back again.
