The food was tasty and good quality we were a party of 5 I had the chicken chasseur my husband had the lamb shank as did his sister, the other couple both had steak, everyone enjoyed it.

My wife and I had a fantastic 3 course dinner with wine! Everything was delicious and the service was brilliant. We both had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We went to Shakesbys in between lockdowns last year and the whole meal was absolutely delicious, we plan to go back again very soon. The lemon and pistachio roulade was the best dessert I’ve ever had, I even ordered another slice to takeaway so I could give it to my Mum who was baby sitting. Highly recommend the pork belly as well!
