Spice Lounge,Vine Hotel in East Lindsey

I didn't stay, I went to the steakhouse for a meal.Had burgers on Wednesday early evening, it was very quiet as it's out of season but wow.The burgers were lovely, I will definitely be going back.

I've been trying to contact you for booking for days no answer on the phone would someone like to contact me please.

Very thin walls and basic rooms. Small bed, no toiletries provided and the water was far too hot to use the shower.

Music is to loud i can't sleep all night when i going out and coming back to room card it is no working from that room no staff on reception absolutely nightmare

Very clean, staff very polite & friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was awesome

We stayed overnight. A really nice place, the room was excellent, nice and clean, smelt lovely and fresh when we walked in. I was surprised with how big the shower/toilet room was. Again spotless. Breakfast was great, all you need to start your day off. Nice friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely stay again. And to say we stayed above the pub, we never heard a thing and got a great nights sleep. Thanks 😊

Whilst we have always had take aways from the Spice Lounge and found the quality of the food excellent it was our first visit to the restaurant. Yes the food was excellent, but need more staff as their was one waiter on duty that night not fair to him or the customers. He was polite and efficient under the circumstances. Concerning covid room for improvement, vine needs to visit the local pub with a naval name in the village as their covid procedures were some of the best we have experienced and had plenty of staff as well. Just took the edge of a special night.

If you're visiting the coast, then the Vine Hotel, Chapel St Leonards, is a good place to stay. A stones throw from village green, shops and (if you're into them) some arcades. Beach in easy walking distance. Hotel clean, rooms reasonably well appointed and friendly staff.

My food was good but total lack of awareness of covid regulations. No masks in evidence full stop! Cutlery etc just dumped on the end of the table. Staff ironically were very nice.

My word the staff worked hard tonight as they were short staffed big time. The food was amazing. It was so good what we had left we asked to take home. We had 2 new dishes that we’ve not had before at home and were gorgeous( chicken Sadjic ? Was one). Well worth waiting for and will definitely go there on our next visit on hols next year..Thank you so much from family Deana Cave.👍
