Shocking place, poor attitude, aggressive staff upset my 1 year old as we tried to feed her some fish. Pounced on by 4 members of staff for sitting quietly at tables that look like public tables. Not given a chance to move when asked rudely by the old owner, before daughter and rest of family pounce on us. Interesting the reviews I have just read across the internet that sum them up totally. We will never buy food there and I would suggest no one else does so they go out of business asap. Would not it give any stars if I could.

Absolutely shocking bought food from here today as part of a large group after finishing our food the other half of our group arrived and went to order food while waiting a member of staff came over and accused us of not purchasing food. After we presented our receipt and informing him that the rest of our group were in the process of ordering food he continued to harass us about the table we were sat at then when one of our group took a photo of the cafe so we would be able to be able to leave a review later we then caught the same staff member taking photos of our group which included our children we asked him to delete the pictures off his phone to which he refused. I find it deeply disturbing that a member of staff (who by the way he was acting was some kind of manager) has pictures of my children on his phone . He became extremely rude and aggressive.

Very very over priced for the quality and quantity of food you pay for. Plenty other places nearby that are better.

Very rude person on staff........my wife is Coeliac and they don't do gluten free fish and chips so we purchased some from somewhere that did. My daughter bought a burger from the Broadwalk and so we could eat together we sat at a table. When questioned about food not been purchased from there we explained the situation to be asked "what's all this gluten stuff about then" extremely ignorant attitude to have as my wife never asked to be intolerant to gluten. We did say we would move on but he said "oh no wouldn't want to upset anyone"

Fast food..... There's a clue in the title.... 20 minutes to get a hot dog ( they were already cooked just warmed up not cooked fresh which would explain the wait) asked for brown sauce and you'd think I asked the woman if I could have the shirt off her back.... She told me they had just run out till I pointed out the large bottle behind her

Avoid, avoid avoid!!! Food was poor and staff were really rude and nasty. We bought several food items and drinks. They happily took the money but when we sat down to eat they accused us of buying from elsewhere and to leave their benches because they pay rent on them. We purchased food from them!!! They didn’t care. First an old man with a long beard came over then several staff started harassing us and pointing fingers at the kids. Not recommended unless you want to lose your tag and have them spoil your meal and trip. Plenty of other much better places to eat literally yards away. Customer service is such an important part of hospitality services. I will NEVER go to that place again.

Had two frankfurters for £3.95 each and fish and chips for £7.50.Frankfurters were tiny and bread was dry and unbuttered.Fish and chips were a joke. Tiny tiny fish, half the size of a normal small and was not crispy.Complained but they didn’t want to know.Worse fish and chips ever

Walked by this cafe on our way in to the aquarium where there are picnic benches where me and my other half sat down to finish our cans of juice that we had with us, in the sun on an extremely busy afternoon. To my knowledge there were no signs indicating that these benches belonged to said cafe. We just assumed they were part of the aquarium as they were directly in front of the entrance. Literally 10 seconds after sitting down an old man who resembled Joseph fritzel rudely interrupted our conversation asking if we had bought our juice from the cafe. We replied that we didn’t and he told us to move as he pays rent for the picnic tables as part of the cafe. If my other half wasn’t with me and my nice ice cold can of coke that I hadn’t purchased from that sh*t hole was unopened, i’d have wrapped it round his nut. Lost business in my eyes.
