Ordered chips and Yorkshire fishcake twice , the potato in the fishcakes were hard, not cooked, we took them back and the response was they would as address the matter, no apology, no refund , no replacement. Not the first time , we just to hought it was just a one off, customer service rubbish, we going be going back

Food was great & prices were reasonable. Bought food to takeaway, but the shop looked smart & modern inside. Would definitely go again.

If anyone is in Chapel St. Leonards area, we highly recommend this fish bar. Eat in or take away, and a lovely beach down the road to take your meal to eat. We have had takeaway twice now, and thoroughly enjoyed both meals.

Best fishcakes I have had in 20 years. Absolutely full of fish and really good batter. I wish they were closer to were I live a would visit every week

Nice and clean, plenty of space in side and seating out side. Chips was hot and fresh at time of purchase at 13:15

Sometimes you go somewhere and have to review all of your previous reviews.I say 5 stars for these guys and it should be higher when I think of many of my other 5 star ones.The staff were courteous and patient as we placed our order. The shop itself was spotlessly clean. And as for the fish and chips, just amazing by far the best we have ever had. Me and the other half had a real long hard think and yes the best fish and chips we have Ever had 5 *s

Asked for 2 x Large Fish and Chips with Large Gravy. Was given the portion as seen in image. Food was lovely but not worth the money. Very disappointed.

My 2nd visit. Portion sizes where much much better, friendly staff and quick service. The food was Very nice, this time, Value for money........However, the Fishcake was Burnt Badly on the underside and i never noticed until i was halfway home (otherwise it would have gone back), i live in Chapel so will use this chippy regular, but i will check in future. There were several Fishcakes in the warmer, so i assume the ones that where fried first were pushed to the front, and to be honest i should have questioned there and then. PLEASE, COOK TO ORDER, Customers will wait for good food, and this could be good food.
