Brilliant. Lovely and peaceful. Great food and even better desserts. Fantastic staff and all round lovely place to go after a long walk.

We came across this pub by accident after taking our dogs for a walk. It was very accommodating and allowed us to take the dogs in so we could pop on for a quick snack and a drink. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. And after smelling everyone else food we definitely plan on heading back another time to have a meal.

Ian cooks great fish and chips.. My favourite!Everything else looks good too but I always go for the F and C. On Fishy Friday.The pub has a friendly atmosphere; the staff are lovely and they all worked really hard during lockdown to provide an outside/inside eating area in the marquee at the back of the pub.Ian and Denise have extended their hours of opening to provide visitors with food and drinks( alcoholic or just a coffee and cake) at any time of day.There is a super little campsite with additional glamping pods for the tent -shy campers, which are very popular. There is also a small campers' shop.

Off the beaten track. Well worth seeking out - sign posting could be better, but it's worth persevering.Good food, reasonably priced; good selection of mostly Batemans beers; plenty of room inside and loads of seating outside.Good stop-off for walkers and cyclists.Most importantly - lovely people.

The Three Horseshoes is a good pub, the bar staff are chirpy, it has long opening hours (this summer, check if you visit in the winter), the food is well cooked, the outside space is large and well kept and prices are reasonable. We visit quite often it is worth it!

We glamped here and ate at the pub while we stayed. Everything about this place is amazing. Food was great and staff were lovely and friendly. Will definitely return.
