The Turks Head in East Lindsey

Unfortunately we visited this pub during renovations and were shoehorned into the small area just off the bar for a weekday lunch. The selection was good, the portions were generous and the staff could not have been friendlier. The ambience was the only disappointing aspect so it may be much improved after renovation.

Popped in for lunch on 23/09 we both had a steak n ale pie and 2 lagers (under £20). The meals were fantastic a lovely thick crust and lashings of gravy. The staff were friendly and attentive, definitely pop in again if in Louth.

Visit every time we're in the area, Friday and Saturday nights are awesome, the lady doing the sock dance was hilarious, roll on next time.

Fantastic place, the staff are friendly and under the circumstances I could not praise them enough. Everything is covid safe. Nice place to drink with a good atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

It's an average place we sometimes pop into on the way home from a night out, but it's not somewhere we actively visit. We stopped the other day for a couple and without a doubt they didn't put any alcohol in with our mixers. I suppose places are trying to claw the money back they've lost over lockdown but we were nowhere near drunk enough not to realise that our double vodkas were clearly just coca cola. If we ever drop in again we'll only being ordering bottles

Unfortunately our visit was before you were allowed to sit inside as the inside looked absolutely great but having said that we sat outside and was looked after by fantastic staff and the food was very good. We will be going back again now that we are allowed inside.

We specially cane from Lincoln for they great fish and chips. At 15.15 we were told that food was served till 15.00. Now we need to wait till 17.30 to get back home. There is no early bus. I looked on line and could not find info re time when food is served. Shame.

The staff were excellent,Friendly &efficient and in my opinion the food was something special and well worth the money and if I'm in Louth again,I'll definitely make a second visit. Great service. X

Looks can be deceiving and this place was lovely. Came here for a meal with my partner, two young daughters and grandad after going to see the seals. Service was really good, everyone was really friendly, welcoming and helpful, the food was fabulous, freshly cooked on premises and tasted amazing (5 very satisfied customers) at a great price also.
