Tian Tian Xian in East Lindsey

Awful food. Over cooked. Order wrong and they refused to acknowledge. No refund offered. Denied being ordered from them. No apology & food poisoning the next day. Approached them in person and still no apology and suggested going to A&E. They then acknowledged I had ordered from them but still no apology. They would only give a refund with a receipt which they don't give you as they only take cash! Conversation all in chinese interpreted by the young (maybe aged 13/14)lad running the till. TERRIBLE start to the holiday.

Thought we would try this one night instead of our normal one in Sutton, biggest mistake we have ever made , over cooked dry dripping in grease I thibk more went in the bin they anywhere else even the dog turned it down. New delight is still thr best in the area

Worst food I've ever eaten, looked like it was cooked in months old oil ,avoid at all costs, will probably end up with the two Bob bits soon. The bin was the biggest winner..

I've used it before usually nice just tasted a bit rushed veg cut to big , noodles stuck together ,not sure having children take orders is a good idea even though he was very good, polite and efficient.

Taste like it was cooked the day before.. Way to much soy source. All food was dry. The lady serving was very moody. Then to top it of we was served by what looked like a 7 year old who got it all wrong.. Been coming here for 5 years and today is the last time.. They need shutting down

Never ordered from here before this evening and definitely wouldn't again Absolutely awful food!! The start to the order process the lady sounded like she could be arsed with the hassle of the order then the food arrived and was Absolutely disgusting. The chicken was horrid and really dry. The rice was dry also the noodles had no flavour. Partner called to complain to which the lady on the phone stated we could not have our money back. So basically we are out of pocket and the bin has received the rubbish they put out as a meal to be fair it is exactly where it belongs. Will never order from there again thats for sure and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

It's funny how looks from the outside can be misleading. We have walked past this place many times and never gave a second thought to ordering food. We decided to order after a recommendation from a friend. We had the set meal for 3. Possibly the best Chinese meal we've ever had in the UK. Truly delicious and great value for money.

Yuck 🤮Was the worst food Iv ever eatenThe salt n pepper munchies box was disgusting , dry and just nastyThe chicken chow Mein was the worst looking thing Iv ever seen let a loan tasted. I had one mouthful and will never eat it againAnd the egg fried rice was nothing to shout about either ..There are much better places close to this so I’d advise everyone not to waste there money !

The outside may look scruffy & uninviting, but as I always say, don't judge a book by it's cover. If you venture inside, you'll have discovered one of Mablethorpe's best takeaways, offering great Chinese food, prices & service.On our last visit we were served by their Son, who was surprisingly professional & intelligent young man, and had a friendly & polite manner, as they all do. Although they offer delivery to the local caravan parks, we prefer to just pop in, as being further along Victoria Rd, it's fairly easy to park outside. Service is efficient, so our order is usually ready in about 10 minutes, unless really busy.The food here is great, well cooked & very tasty, not all greasy like some, and so far, no mistakes with our orders. It's also very good value, as the prices are better than average as are the portion sizes.(I've added some pictures showing our last order & menu which we enjoyed at our caravan. We tend to order mostly the same food, so it was £21, and there was plenty for the 3 of us)We've had a static caravan in Mablethorpe for many years, so over time, have tried practically every takeaway around, and I must admit, we were always put off of trying this place, solely due to the state of the exterior. It must put most people off, and really does need either tearing down, or at the very least repainting, and is the only reason I'm giving 4, and 5 stars, as everything else is excellent. I'm really pleased that we overlooked it's appearance & gave it a try, as it's become one of our favourites.
