Via Italia in East Lindsey

Went with my husband tonight and the food was amazing. Service was lovely and it was good value for money. Will definitely be returning in the future.

We were going to another restaurant in Louth but when we looked at the menu nothing jumped out at us, then we headed to the Istanbul but that was holding a private party, we were just about to head to spoons when spotted via Italia and so glad we did we were made to feel welcome immediately the 2 Waitresses were very nice and Caroline looked after us very well, we had the meal deal and a bottle of wine which was so nice, the desserts were lovely I had tiramisu my husband had the amaretto dessert which he said was lovely, would definitely visit again Thankyou so much.

Second time I visit and I loved the food. The only thing is that portions are too big. Couldn't finish it and I feel bad for wasting food. But everything else is excellent. the staff is great and very nice.

Booked via an answer machine, an efficient response to comfirm our reservation. Considering it was short notice, we were given a time close to our request.Very polite and friendly staff.We were served by a young 17yr old lady, she was nervous as she was in training, she was very friendly, attentive, she made our evening, thank you young lady.Our meal was beautiful, hot and very tasty. We were a family party of four, we were made to feel welcome and we were not rushed.Thank you Via Italia. A special thank you to the young lady who served us.

We arrived 7of us for a friends birthday meal we were all seated at one table then moved to another because we was on another reserved table then finally to another the staff were all very friendly and the food lovely and tasty but it did look like the chips were just thrown about the plate towards the end of the evening we did feel like we was being rushed as soon as we had finished with our last mouthful of drink before the glass was put on the table the young girl took the glass then when it came to pay the bill the card machine wasn’t working good job two of us had plenty of cash 😕😕

Ordered takeaway, staff were friendly and helpful and food was ready within a reasonable time. Starters were quite tasty however we ordered pizza for mains (plus garlic bread) and were disappointed to discover that they just add toppings to a presumably store bought pre-made base (same for the bland garlic bread).I would actually eat here again however I would recommend avoiding the pizza menu.

Absolutely amazing food, delicious and well presented lovely staff, friendly and very approachable. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

Wonderful local place, we turned up unannounced on a Saturday evening and the staff were wonderfully helpful and accomodating.The service was excellent and the food was fantastic and more than reasonably priced.Would definitely visit again should we find ourselves in the area again

Great food, staff very nice and polite. Not much choice for vegetarians and nothing for vegans. Social distancing wasn't very good as lots of people waiting in the doorway and it became very crowded inside. But apart from that everything was lovely.
