Lovely traditional fish and chips the best in the area, highly recommend.

Large portions, chips were good, not greasy or soggy but the fish was a letdown. The batter was soggy, bland and still runny on the fish. Could have probably done with more frying, but not an excuse as there were only three customers in the shop and things were been cooked to order

Had to leave a review! We popped in on Sunday before heading to the beach. It was cash only so I spent ages looking at the menu and working it all out! Making sure I had enough money, the blonde lady behind the counter couldn’t of been more helpful, even down to packing me with forks and an extra tray so I could share it out easily for my children. Really lovely staff. Anyway down to the food! Chips were delicious!! Fresh and so tasty and the fish was cooked fresh too! Would highly recommend.

Visited today 23rd July, we were really hungry after driving from Sheffield to our camp site.Decided to take a trip in to chapel to grab some fish and chips. We couldn't find anywhere to park, because we are not from around the area.We took a turn and found the village chippy which had parking outside the front and plenty of people going in so we decided to try.Our first impression, staff friendly polite and took our order straight away.It was very clean and inviting. We decided to sit outside on the bench. Our food was brought to us and was hot, the batter was crispy, the chips were hot and very tasty. We wasn't disappointed with the food and the portion size was spot on for us all.We spent 27 pound for 5 of us to eat.Nice place. Would go again.

Went here with a group of bikers. Staff were really friendly and the food was great. There is some parking outside. It's just off the island so good to just eat some great fish and chips and have a chat. Would recommend.

Lovely Fish and Chip shop, best fish I've had for a long time. The batter was really light and crisp. Had a small fish, chips and peas and it was a good portion size. Really friendly people working there too.
